Would give zero stars but zero not an option. Had a parcel from evri. Told they had it. Then a delay. Then being returned to sender. Never got to see my parcel. No replies whatsoever from emails and live chat via the bot. Never ever ever known such a bad. Ignorant. Negative company in my life. Evri should stop as they cannot do what there supposed to do
EVRI BAD THING MUST COME TO AN END!!
Sick and tired of EVRI delivery drivers DEMANDING that I open my front door to accept delivery so that a photo can be taken as proof of delivery. As I have mobility issues I live ostensibly upstairs so this causes me a great deal of pain and inconvenience. Allegedly there is a pilot scheme in my area whereby failure to verify delivery results in a £25 driver fine. I have discovered that this is administered by a third party company who verify photos. I have allowed photos to be taken of me as proof of delivery in my upstairs window which will now cease immediately as a result of this information. Also it is not an uncommon occurrence for notification of delivery to be received on my phone after its taken place the same day! A large percentage of my EVRI deliveries are from TKMAXX which thankfully switched to ROYAL MAIL as of last week, affording me the opportunity to speak to a REAL PERSON and amend delivery date online. Let's hope other companies follow suit.

Just to warn you using evri was the worst idea I ever had. Itâs happened to me more than once that the damn stupid company have been leaving my parcels in my doorstep AFTER i left a note on the door that says DONT LEAVE PARCELS OUTSIDE AS THEY WILL GET STOLEN but this company arenât interested in my parcels they just want to do what they have to do and donât care what happens after they just donât care I would never use them again they dont do their job donât use them. Use a real delivery company that actually delivers. They changed their name from hermes to evri bc they were getting bad ratings but they havenât changed their service or attitude at all !!!!!!!!!!!
Delivered to wrong address
Delivered my parcel to the wrong address- even the proof of delivery photo proved this. It took 3 days to speak to an actual person on the chat; was advised that they'd TRY to retrieve my parcel and redeliver, but if I didn't receive anything within 48 hours, to contact the supplier. Evri should've taken a bit more responsibility for this, by: keeping me up to date with the retrieval effort; providing extra tracking for the redelivery; contacted me after the 48 hours as a follow up; contacting the supplier themselves to let the supplier know there was a problem, rather than leaving it to me.

Absolutely pathetic saying on the evri app they attempt delivery yet the picture they provided was 3 bags of rubbish no door number nothing so aye decided to walk round the block were aye live and there was the 3 bags of rubbish exactly the same as what the pathetic driver provided and the were the driver took the picture it was the opposite side of my street since when did number 5 become 311 is the driver illiterate lol this driver knows there attempting to steal the parcel but unfortunately for this individual it is all be photographed and sent to the employer plus a picture of my close of course so aye would say this DRIVER come monday will be sacked karma eh lol !

To be fair they were Ok for a while as we had a regular driver who knew the area. But we're back to the same old shitshow again; no proper process to chase up your missing parcel, as it's been delivered to the wrong address, (again). So why do you think they changed their name from Hermes? The rumour has it, that it was a way of getting rid of all their bad reviews,(and there was 1000's), and wiping the slate clean. Seriously sellers please use another courier, I don't mind paying a £ or 2 extra for peace of mind, rather than worrying whether these jokers are going to turn up with my parcel or not. The best of of it is they don't care. Have you ever seen a company with 97% 1 Star Reviews?

Leave parcels on doorsteps to be stolen
There is no option for safe space to put a door code in, which is where our shed is located that every other delivery company use.
They always leave parcels on my front door step for the world to see, luckily always been able to get them - until now.
I waited in all day for the parcel, checking the live tracker, it said they delivered at 14:21, no one rang the bell. I ran out at 14:25 after seeing the photo of it on my doorstep, it was gone!! Luckily, the clothing company sent me out another one but lo n behold, Evri driver didn't ring my bell.. left it on my door step again!!
Buyers and suppliers beware!
Just adding to the terrible reviews here, given I can't vent my frustration with Evri as you can only contact via bot! 10 days ago my parcel was due to be delivered but when the driver turned up it wasn't on the van! I got an email saying it would be delivered next working day. Nothing! Have contacted their bot. Informed by bot it will be 'escalated'. Still nothing. Why any supplier would choose to use Evri given the extent of bad reviews I do not know. I will be checking in future before I make any purchase what delivery company they use. It it's Evri, I'll find another supplier or do without. The parcel doesn't arrive anyway.

Useless only delivery company I ever have problems with. Never re attempt deliveries even when the first one was a half arsed attempt anyway.
Evri - deserves a minimum of a zero or negative review
Like other people I wish I could leave either a zero or negative review. I have never experienced such appalling customer service from Evri courier services.
On Weds 8 Aug I received an email to say that Rachel had been unable to deliver my parcel as I was not in. This was not true as I was in all day and Amazon managed to deliver a parcel that day.
I tried to contact Evri on Thursday to complain but it was impossible to speak to a person. I kept on being routed to a chatbot that would not direct me to an agent and when I put in my tracking number it said that my parcel had not been delivered because of a problem with the address. In the end I gave up.
I then called Damart, the supplier, and they confirmed they had the correct address and they too could not contact Evri except online! There is even no possibility to complain on social media as there is no access.
On Thursday my parcel was delivered along with another parcel. I then received an email to say Rachel had successfully delivered my parcel, however, it was a man that delivered my parcels who looked nothing like Rachel so yet another lie.
I have shared this feedback with Damart in the hope that they will ditch Evri as a courier. The fact that on trustpilot the average review is 1.1 really tells the whole story.
A completely unreliable and untrustworthy company and I can't understand why anyone would want to use them.
