We are committed to maintaining our high level of communication and improving our services continuously. Regarding the concerns you raised about the quality of the deep clean, we reached out to you to offer a free reclean service, which you declined, as you indicated that the house was generally clean. After investigating the matter with our team, we found that the cleaners did not refuse to clean the fridge but rather informed you of our policy that fridges must be emptied beforehand. Despite this, they emptied and cleaned it professionally and even provided an additional service by cleaning your microwave at no extra cost. Our cleaners also confirmed that they asked if there were any other tasks to attend to before finishing, and they completed the job to the best of their abilities as your satisfaction is our priority. In terms of time, two professional cleaners spent five and a half hours, from 9:50 am to 3:30 pm, which is more than sufficient for the cleaning service provided. We also discussed the price with you and provided various options, but you chose to leave your review as it is. Regarding the limescale removal, as explained during our contact, some older limescale deposits can be very difficult to remove entirely, and while our team worked hard, there is no guarantee for complete removal of very old limescale. We appreciate your feedback on both the positive and negative aspects of our service and will continue to improve based on customer input.
