Staff Always very helpful, even putting different bulbs in the light fittings to see which looks best, very reasonable prices

We visited the showroom twice to look at various light fittings. On both occasions we were looked after in a most professional and helpful way. We found several light fittings were liked and purchased these, delivery was effected within the timescale promised.

Lovely store to browse round. All our rooms in our new home have been lit by Christopher Pratts. Great staff and the lighting department have so much choice at reasonable prices. My latest ceiling light for our lounge is perfect

The sales assistant was very helpfull , the light fitting was out of stock till January but she called the supplier to check they hadnt got one in stock.

The woman who served me was very friendly and she remembered me from the last light I bought and she emailed me when it arrived . No complaints .

The lady who served us did very well in ensuring that our products were wrapped very well to avoid them slipping out of the packaging. She was very knowledgeable of the light bulbs and replacement parts we wanted. Well done there.

The lights I ordered are beautiful. The staff weren’t that enthusiastic which I wa shooing for when purchasing in person. They were helpful but didn’t have any knowledge on smart light bulbs which is what I was looking for. The information they gave me on he size of lightbulb was incorrect so the bulbs I bought didn’t fit which was a shame when I specifically asked so the electrician could fit them. It took 3 lightbulbs before I found the correct one which was very frustrating

Fabulous lights love them

The ordering and delivery process was easy and quick. The light fitting arrived well packaged and fully protected. Sadly the fitting was too big and I needed to return it. Again, the process was simple and straightforward. The refund was made quickly. Although disappointed we didn’t get the light fitting we were hoping for the company were great and we’ll consider using them in the future.

I was struggling to find some light that would fit my decor, the first lady that served me was very patient, she showed me different options. When I went back to order, a different lady served me, she was also efficient, The actual centre light was out of stock, items sourced in dubai, I got it the following week, impressive. Unfortunately they are not up yet, due to waiting for a tradesman. Hopefully they will be fabulous.
