very helpful staff
We had chosen several lights that we liked and rang the store enquiring about stock as required the light asap. The female assistant that helped us was very helpful. She looked to see which of our selection of lights were in stock and put one aside for us to collect later that day as it was the last one in stock. We love the light now it is installed.

Couldn’t see what I was looking for on display but gentleman went out of his way to discuss what I was looking for and made suggestions and after a short time I found a fitting I liked and bought. Very patient with me!

Bad Attitude When Returning Items
I went to return some items and was greeted with a snottiness. In retail you cannot expect customers to not return items as by law you have 28 days to return.

Hi, We aren't required by law to offer refunds however we do offer a 28 refund policy as long as the returned items comply with our returns policy. We do have to ask some questions on return of goods, I am sorry you felt this way about your experience.

Shocking experience
Over promised, under delivered. Poor service from start to finish. Left waiting weeks for delivery only to be told the lights I originally purchased weren’t available for another 6 weeks after waiting a month already. I wasn’t offered any compensation, just a change of colour to the WHOLE light. The different lights then arrived broken and very difficult to install. 0/10 from me.

I am sorry you feel this way about your shopping experience with us. At the time you placed the order, you were aware of a 4 week wait for the items to arrive into stock with our supplier, unfortunately on this occasion there was a further delay encountered which can sometimes happen and is completely out of our control.
As soon as we were notified of this delay, we contacted you and offered you a reselection or a full refund. You chose to reselect and we supplied your reselection order with immediate despatch.
Unfortunately one of the glass shades arrived with you damaged (which can happen when delivering glass items on couriers) however we had the replacement glass shade despatched to you the following day.
If you wish to send me an electrician's report regarding the difficult installation, i can pass this onto our supplier.
