The Staff were very helpful in finding the item I wanted as it was a discontinued lamp. My shopping experience from beginning to end was excellent and the lamp is just like the quality of the lamp I purchased a few years ago.

Hannah at Chorley was really helpful and informative. Took her time to explain everything we needed to know. Excellent service from placing our order to collection a few days later.

Fabulous Company from start to finish. 2 beautiful outdoor lights ordered and loved them so much ordered another. When it arrived the glass shade was broken so sent an email. Customer service brilliant and a replacement sent out quickly. Companies should take a leaf out of their book. Excellent service thank you Chorley Exclusive Lighting.

Great customer service can help anyone look past a poor quality product/items for return. Unfortunately we won't be revisiting this store due both poor customer service and a product that was tarnished and scratched, and was not even checked by the shop before we were asked to come and collect it. Apparently they are far too busy to check their deliveries before passing them on to customers (which resulted in two round trips of 1.5 hours as delivery is not offered). We seemed to be an inconvenience from stepping into the store and were treated with indifference throughout. One of the sales assistants was also extremely abrupt in manner - it would be nice if someone listened to the question being asked before interrupting (more than once) and didn't refer to you by a completely different name. A shame when they claim to be a family business and we are kitting out an entire house from scratch which they could have really helped us with if interested. We seek out local family businesses as we generally find they care more about their customers and products and will look elsewhere next time.

Purchased this floor standing light for a very good sale price which represented excellent value for money. It arrived through the post and the packaging was secure and appropriate. I found it easy to put the pieces together but less confident purchasers may struggle since the instructions are minimal.
