I had place order for Ganesha Statue on 22nd August 2023 with exotic india. The order number is EXO 1329518. 100% advance was paid. However till today ie 15th Sep 2023 the statue has not been delivered. The Ganpati festival has arrived. Their emial id does not work.

The statues that I ordered were as shown and the delivery was good. The statues were very well packed and were in excellent condition. I am very pleased with my purchase and I recommend them
highly.

It's one of my preferred online shopping for traditional items specifically old Sanskrit books. They have a good collection including books that were published long ago. Thanks for the great shopping experience.

It's wonderful that rare books on Indian arts are available.

I have been buying from Exotic India for more than 15 yrs now - fabrics, clothing, shawls, bedspreads, folk paintings, statues, jewelry, and books! Where else could I find such books? Every time I say 'No more books,' they offer one or more that I can't resist.
Their (international) service is reliable, prompt, personal and careful. Communications are good, and queries are answered promptly and helpfully. Packaging and shipping are always excellent. Occasionally a surprise gift is included. In the old days a beautiful picture card from Kapil Goel would be included. My latest delivery of 3 books came inside a beautiful decorative box.
I have never received an order in damaged condition and have been completely satisfied with all my purchases. I know this is a company I can rely on, that doesn't flood my inbox with daily promotions, but communicates offers from time to time that are beautiful to browse and there is usually something I would like to have. I'm really very grateful for the service Exotic India provides and recommend them without reservation.

I ordered a book published by Sahitya Akademi in 2011. There were no new editions available and it was not with any publishing houses. The book was 'Yugandharan', a Malayalam translation of 'Yugandhara' by Mrityunjayakar Shriman Shivaji Savant. Even though the book was 12 years old, it arrived in perfect condition, neat packaging and one day early than the stipulated time.

I ordered 5 hindu god and goddess books.. which I can't find here in USA. I was amazed as I found out Exotic India give me an options to shop what I want and it delivers to my doorsteps within a week. Books are well packed and they are all same as mentioned in there website. I am really thankful to Exotic India. In future I will shop more.
