Extremely happy with the service that Express Prep have provided. I have been with them since Jun-25 so I feel now is a right time to leave a review.

I have used other prep centre's in the past and i had a lot of issues with them (communication being the main issue) but with Express Prep, they're communication is what really impresses me.

These guys are absolutely top-class — easily more than 5 stars. Their communication is excellent, and their inventory and dispatch system runs smoothly and efficiently. You can have complete peace of mind knowing you’re working with true professionals. Highly recommended.

Still relatively new to the world of amazon fba and online arbitrage but had reached out to Shane following a poor experience with a different prep centre. I have now been working with Shane and his team for around 6 months and would highly recommend their services, stock is turned around quickly and I have seen my sales grow month upon month,the team are also always quick to respond to any queries, would recommend to anyone looking for prep center services.

Best prep centre in UK. I really appreciate the support during that Section 3 that prevented me from selling stock for 4 months. These guys were a big help in storing my stock while i dealt with the issue, the have a quick turn around and are good value for money. Would 100% recommend

I have been using Prep Express LTD since July and I wouldn’t look back, nothing is ever too much hassle. They’ll handle returns for you, and ship everything in such a timely manner. Communication is impeccable, and you always know what’s going on. The more orders you send the cheaper it is as well, they’ve made everything so simple.

Honestly can’t recommend Express Prep enough. I have relocated to Australia which means operating in the UK market wouldn’t be possible without these guys. They’ve even taken charge of sorting and shipping my eBay orders which has saved me a massive hassle

Express Prep handled several thousand units for me that needed to be urgently received, relabelled and sent back out.
The lads did a brilliant job. The units were processed really well without any errors.Communication is one of their biggest strengths. They sent me a video update of their work and were always super responsive. Ive had a far better experience with Express Prep that any other 3PL I've used in the past. Would highly recommend.

Express Prep have been nothing but helpful in my Amazon journey. They have allowed me to automate the prep without causing any hassle/problems along the way. The price is the best about and they even allow you to further decrease the price as you scale up the units per month.
