Perfect customer service, nice prices and fast intuitive platform.

I have communicated with Ani and Bruno, both were very helpful and did much more than I expected.

Looking for a fullfilment company can be a challenge, but with TheFbaPrep everything is easy and smooth. I've used them a couple of times and the job was done in a timely manner. The service center was very responsive and customer friendly. Thank you for your great attitude!

I have been trying to resolve issues privately but clearly nothing has been done so here is my very honest and detailed review. This is about their prep centre in Germany.

First of all, their system allowed me to create shipments to the centre that they no longer use but you can still send to things as system allows, then blamed this as my fault?!

I have had issues since the first bill came out, system is terrible with the way your balance is credited and top-ups are missed. Yuliia was helpful to start with but soon she started replying to emails with a few week delay.

So where do I stand now?

I have unresolved issues on my account that date back to April (5 months).

I was charged wrong fees (Yuliia agreed but never rectified), my top ups never showed up on the account, invoices weren't clear. Lastly they have lost 2 units from my shipment and have not shipped it for 2+ months as they are investigating this, so my remaining 26 units that are there just sat there in the warehouse.

My balance is showing credit of 28.08 euros, instead of 200+, they still haven't found the missing units, haven't sent the units that are there and my requests for a refund of 200+ euros that they are holding and not showing in balance has been ignored.

I can't wait to see their response on here as my emails are being ignored. But if you are considering The FBA Prep as a prep centre, DO NOT USE THEM. There is plenty of alternative services that I am now working with that don't seem to have these issues.

Janis and his team were great. Since 2022, I was dealing many problems with e-commerce platform, Janis especially helped me lot with service performance and his kind attitude. He is also personally very experienced in e-commerce industry, he was made many successful recommendation in reference with obstacles during my process. I thank them lot. For UK fulfillment operations, you SHOULD work with this company. I strongly recommend ! TRDEFI LTD.

WORST Ever INTERFACE, WEBSITE, whatever...
Rip off, scam, charged multiple times for the same operations,you can talk about Profesionalism here, I used the Italian one, scammers, honestly

I placed an order for a mens shirt. 48 hours later, they cancelled the order quoting "Wrong Link or Size". So, after triple checking the link, I messaged them and asked what happened. They replied that the link didn't work (I call BS). So I made a new order with the exact same link (all the while the sale price ended). The new order status showed "Pending" and the shirt then sold out... I thought everything had worked... but after two weeks, it still read "Pending". So I messaged them again and they said it was cancelled because I had put the wrong price. So you see it was all my fault.. All along. My fault. In fact I hadn't put the wrong price at all. It was Shopogolic who had lied and made errors. I suggest you, ***AVOID AT ALL COSTS***.

As they say on the website. People with experience. Ever since I've started to work with them, they have helped me with everything. Good communication.

I have a parcel that was paid for forwarding and 18 days later they still have not shipped it. I have sent 3 emails and one chat communication within the past 2 weeks all with 0 response or acknowledgment.

This is not the first time I sent the goods for processing for sales on Amazon. Everything is very clear, managers respond quickly and fulfill the assigned tasks. I always know that my goods are safe and there will be no problems with delivery to the Amazon warehouse.
