One star is too much to give this company. I order a pair of Nike glasses with next day delivery paid for. Waited in for delivery and nothing. 3 days later still waiting. Tel number no longer in use, no reply to email. Sent a buddy who lives in Leeds to their online address in Leeds. Doesn't exist. A storage facility where none of the other business has heard or knew of them. The unit number can't be found. Total con artists and Fausters. Now have to contact PayPal and bank to get a resolution.
I hope people looking to use this non existing company that is only taking money without products, see these reviews before risking their hard earn money. A total inconvenience and waste of time, as I urgently needed those frames, having lost the older one recently.

Terrible service. Ordered two pairs of glasses frames only and paid extra for next day delivery. I heard nothing from them for 5 days. When I contacted them they informed me frames were out of stock and to pick different frames. Totally unprofessional. Had I not contacted them I would still be waiting. PayPal dispute opened for refund.

Despite the website stating they deliver worldwide, they do not mention that it is up to you to pay costs on arrival of your glasses. I've been hit with a 52€ charge for delivery from BPost!! Over half the cost of the glasses!

If you live outside of the UK, steer clear!

I ordered glasses 2 weeks ago, which were in stock and supposed to be delivered within 3-5d.

No delivery received, no communication. The voicemail tells you you can't leave a voicemail and you should email. No response to my emails.

Update - got an email and received the glasses eventually.

Excellent service - quick delivery, well packaged, and good communication with an after sales query.

You should be very wary of using this company. I very rarely write reviews but feel I had to this time due to very poor customer service.

There are two sides to the quality of service you appear to receive from this company : -

1 At order time, post order and up to receipt of the product.
Communication is excellent, responses are prompt and they go out of their way to be helpful. If you are fortunate to have no issues with your order, you will receive a good service.

2. If there is an issue with the product you receive.
Once Eyekit have your money and have shipped your product, communication slows up and eventually ceases.

In my situation, I ordered spectacles with specific type of legs (crook or curled). They arrived with hockey style legs. Eyekit first offered to contact the supplier for replacement. Then two weeks later, they offered to adjust the spectacles, (no talk of replacement or supplier) ???
After informing them that the legs were NOT suitable for purpose, one week later they asked if I would be willing to change the legs myself if they provided the correct ones. I confirmed I would do this.

No more communications from Eyekit !!!!

Since then (6th April), I have chased them twice and have had no response !

It appears that the previous offers of resolution were only time delaying tactics.

I would strongly advise against using Eyekit.

Ordered an in-stock item, after 7 days of waiting for delivery nothing. Contacted by email - no response. Rang them - automated reply stating they are moving. E-mailed to cancel - no response.
Rang them 3 weeks later - automated response saying they're moving still.
will be contacting Credit Card company to chase refund.

I used eye kit with caution because of bad reviews and I found them amazing, they were really helpful and friendly, would definitely use again and there customer service was brilliant.

Terrible communication, zero customer service. You call them and they say they are not taking calls due to moving office which must be the longest office move in history as they have had the same message for weeks now! They advise on VM you send emails, so you email them and they do not reply. So frustrating. Personally I wouldn't order anything from them again, wish I had spent my money elsewhere.

I rarely leave reviews but I'm very frustrated with this seller so have decided to make the effort.

I originally placed an order for some sunglasses, which didn't quite fit me so I returned them. This original order and the refund were both dealt with promptly, so full marks there.

However, I then ordered a replacement set 2 weeks ago and payment was taken. Other than the initial order confirmation email, I haven't heard anything at all. I have tried phoning and emailing several times but with no response from the vendor at all. Unfortunately it seems that I need to email them to cancel the order so I'm not sure how that's going to work!

I would not recommend spending your money here - I'm now in conversation with my bank to try to reclaim the payment, if that's even possible.

Reading through some of these reviews, there seems to be a theme of poor communication - I only wish that I had checked here first.

Ordered new sunglasses and nothing turned up, been e-mailing for almost 2 weeks and had no reply, stay away from this company absolute scam take your money then don’t supply the goods but take your money.

Eyekit has my order processed to full satisfaction, with a good feedback about the status of the order. A fast delivery to the Netherlands with excellent service.

I needed my prescription sunglasses for a Ski holiday I was going on and the estimated date of production and delivery was past my flight date. I emailed the company and the customer
care provided was exemplary, they expedited delivery, my glasses turned up in time for me to take them away and they went beyond the call of duty. Thank you for the wonderful customer care you have provided I was very impressed with the service, thank you very much!

I just wanted to say thank you to Stephen, Carrie and your team for your help with my daughter Charlotte's order, she is very pleased with her sports goggles, your help and communication has been great. No hesitation using your team again.

First of all, I have a quite high prescription in my left eye, +6sph/-5cyl. In fact, I was refused by several other vendors who asked for prior contact before ordering. I guess they just aren't as good as Eyekit!
It wasn't cheap but I wasn't after cheap. I wanted all singing, all dancing photopolar lenses with a mirror coating because I think I deserve to look as cool as I think I am and I also wanted to protect my eyes on the water, fishing, driving, riding and skydiving (not impact lenses, my choice).
I managed to source my own frames and after a quick few emails, I sent them off to be glazed.
3 weeks from door to door and I'm just blown away. Carrie and Stephen always replied quickly and concisely. Awesome service. You've just made a long term customer. Apparently I've a pair of Gascans on the way so expect another reglaze request soon!

This company provide great products and great customer service. I purchased glasses for running from them to the specification we agreed with a number of emails, to replace a similar pair I'd had. The arm on one of the glasses later broke and they found and they very kindly sent a pair of replacements. Stephen is a credit to Eyekit and provided excellent customer service. I highly recommend Eyekit.

This is the best online store for prescription glasses. Service is impeccable plus they have all brands at a very very good price. The lens quality is awesome. I highly recommend EyeKit

Bought some Leader sunglasses with photochromatic lenses over a year ago. There was a minor delay in the order, but the glasses are great and were prepared for a reasonable price, and I've used them every week for cycle rides.

Unresponsive, claiming not to be receiving emails (that old chestnut), would never deal with them again
