Great range of sports specs and good service from a real human, not just auto-generated emails. A breath of fresh air, thank you.

AVOID Eyekit at all costs. I have never dealt with a worse company.
I ordered a pair of UVEX sunglasses at the end of January. I was emailed to say they were out of stock but I should receive them in a few weeks. When they finally arrived they were completely the wrong lense colour! I received no apology for their mistake but had to send them back. I was then told there would be a further delay of my glasses for a number of weeks. The date passed by with no email from Eyekit - I chased this and was told to expect them in April almost three months after the original order!
I requested a refund and they took 17 days before they finally paid it removing the postage cost!

This company is terrible. They advertise stock on their website they don’t even have. Plus they will charge you postage for items you never ordered!

I purchased a pair of prescription of sunglasses for cycling and had my eyes tested while there.
I was very inpressed, very helpfull, spent a lot of time to ensure I got the correct lemses and frames. Lot's of choice.The option was thorough and knowledgeable.

A little hick up with the ordering process... awesome professional bunch of people...thank you for being very reasonable and honest. Highly recommend you to friend's.

Stephen at Eyekit helped me select my sports eyeglasses before I placed the order, saving me money on my original (badly informed by internet searching) choice. Glasses were delivered very quickly and worked well. A few uses later, the bridge piece fell apart. A quick e-mail to Stephen and he contacted the manufacturer for a free replacement part which has since worked flawlessly. Thank you Stephen for your help at all stages of my order. Eyekit are a very trustworthy internet business that takes customer issues seriously and resolves them rapidly. I would not hesitate in recommending them.

I can't recommend Eyekit highly enough. Several months ago I purchased sunglasses from them online. Their price was very competitive and delivery was prompt and efficient. Recently a lense popped out and I emailed them for help. Immediately and without any further to do they replied that I should return the damaged pair for a replacement. Soon after they received them , Eyekit emailed me that the replacement pair had already been sent to me! Their service was prompt, efficient and courteous and I am pleased to recommend them .

This was the first time I ordered prescription sport-glasses online, but this is not the last time I will use EyeKit. Everything was as it should be, so I can highly recommend EyeKit.

Brought prescription glasses from Eyekit,scanned them a copy of my prescription and added a request to note that one eye was significantly different for the other, they got it totally wrong,glasses no good at all. Returned them at my expense waited almost another two weeks and still the glasses were incorrect.Returned again at my expense,promised a refund and still fighting four weeks later for my money,truly the worst online purchase experience |I've ever encountered :(

I somewhat stumbled across Eyekit.co whilst looking for a pair of glasses to replace a worn out pair that I had. I found exactly what I was looking for, and having all the frame data clearly laid out really helped with making sure I was ordering the correct thing.

Compared to some competitors the range of lenses on offer is absolutely massive. Thin, standard, ultra thin, glass, plastic, mirrored, tinted, pretty much anything that you could need.

Frames and lenses are competitively priced too. You can scan and upload your prescription to save box-filling, and they'll even call your optician to cross check if anything is amiss.

I was also very impressed when I recieved an out of the blue order update telling me how things were going with my order (thanks Carrie!) - that is something some other specialist sites could learn from, particularly when order to delivery can be a relatively long time. The glasses arrived well packed and in once piece.

I'd definitely recommend eyekit.co to my friends and family, and for sure I'll be checking back when I next need some new ones. :)

Quick next day delivery of a frame only order. Had to return the original frame due to a minor fault. Excellent customer service from Carrie and director Steven. After a slight communication issue with another employee, a new replacement fault free frame was received within a week. No hesitation in recommending this company. Great prescription frames at fair prices compared to the rip off high street opticians.

Eyekit were great to deal with, fast , honest and fantastic with replys. Happy to recommend and use again

No hesitation with giving Eyekit an Excellent rating. I recently bought replacement lenses for Julbo cat 4 sunglasses but the wrong size was sent. It was my fault the wrong ones got sent as there are 2 size options and I didn't realise. When I e-mailed to say I received the wrong ones, I was contacted quickly with a very helpful staff member and I was asked to send the lenses back for a swap. I did so and the correct size got posted very quickly. The model of sunglass was "Tensing" . Eyekit couldn't have helped me any better, I will buy from them again.

Ordered one pair of glasses and some sunglasses with prescription inserts -- mildly concerned by some of the online reviews. Glasses were out of stock and unavailable, which was not ideal. However, the communication was excellent. I had several emails from them, with same day responses, keeping me posted on progress and the refund (for the unavailable glasses) was processed the same day it was requested. The sunglasses arrived quickly. So, despite the unavailable glasses, the experience was very good.

I've used this company a couple of times now. Where they really excel is in the excellent, detailed descriptions of their products. Nowhere else could I find such broad data. In addition their search function made filtering for suitable products a very satisfactory process. It all made buying sunglasses for our children much easier.

Postage wasn't the quickest, but that was flagged up clearly in the ordering process.

The prices were very competitive from what I recall, but I didn't look too hard, because I wanted to reward their efforts in putting together such exceptional product information and search functionality.

Ordered Serengeti Brera sunglasses with prescription glass lenses.
I got brera with vari drive trivex lenses.
After contacting eyekit they replied that glass was ordered, and if they are
Trivex it's a better lens anyway?.
Obviously not checked against order before dispatch, no apology, no concern that they sent me the wrong product.
It's a case of put up and shut up, disgracefull.

Was looking especially for these pair of glasses and my options were Amazon or after googling for a while Eyekit.
Their page is simple and easy to use. All the information is up front visible. Ordering is simple and fast.
I was a bit afraid about insured Royal Mail postage as on our end it will/was handed over to Hungarian postal services and I had problems earlier but not in this case.
Fortunately no issues occurred and the glasses arrived in 10 days from England Ulleskelf to Hungary in mint condition.
One more thing that Eyekit spared me round 65GBP compared to Amazon on the same product including postage fees.
Would recommend purchasing from them.

VERY POOR SERVICE - ONE TO AVOID AT ALL COST
Ordered two pairs of Julbo sunglasses using a Paypal transaction. Money was taken instantly, but I did not receive any email confirmation of order. After giving them a couple of days, decided to email and follow up with calls. Zero response. Only once I challenged the transaction using Paypal did I get any traction. Finally received (one) of the sunglasses fitted with the wrong lenses! Still waiting on the other pair, but service to date incredibly poor.
IN SUMMARY: VERY POOR SERVICE AND I STRONGLY URGE ANYONE READING THIS NOT TO USE EYEKIT.

I purchased some Rudy Project Tralyx in Gold from Eyekit (the only shop online in the UK that stocks these currently).
Initially I did not hear anything after a couple of days so emailed them and they replied promptly letting me know where the order was up to.
They arrived far quicker than they said and the glasses are excellent can't rate them enough, however, they had a tiny surface scratch which did not effect vision but was just more of a small quibble.
I contacted them and they responded straight away and solved the problem and are sending me another new lens to go with the scratched one.
Will without doubt order from here again in the future.

I concur with other reviewers experience when it comes to the 'out of stock' situation, but to be fair I read the delivery information and noted the 10 day rule. In my case my sunglasses arrived after about 8 working days. The sunglasses were really good and arrived with several head straps, lens cloth and lens wipe plus a personalised packing note. I would order from them again but it would be nice to be advised when delivery is likely to be at the time of ordering.
