Although the first print sent was faulty a replacement was delivered within a few days. I do like the print but would have preferred a cord to hang rather than a single attachment.

No comment on the quality of the art but sadly the customer service is terrible. I placed an order on the basis of the promised delivery day; it wasn’t even dispatched til that day. I offered to go and collect but that apparently was not an option. After incurring significant costs in sourcing alternative gift they then refused to refund the postage for the return, ignoring emails and trying to blame the courier. Steer well clear and support a real art shop instead!

Lovely quality print with good colour definition

I bought a fabulous picture but the plastic 'glass' was reflective - very reflective wherever I tried the picture in the house. With postage I had paid over £100. I contacted the seller who came back very quickly. I was told I could return the picture and would be refunded. But I loved the picture and I didn't know if the company was a good one and would refund my money. Therefore, this afternoon I measured the original reflective perspex and ordered an anti glare perspex which cost about £ 34 so it was a much more expensive picture than I thought it would be.I'd like to have had a choice of perspex and paid a higher price for a better finished product.

Great company, website is easy to use.
Prints are of very good quality and colours are nice and bright.

This is the second print I ordered. I especially was drawn to it because it reminds me of my dog, Duffy. He was a great little rescue pup.

I am waiting for fitted wardrobes in the room where I intend to hang the artwork. Then I have to decorate and have a carpet laid.
I'm excited to hang the picture as I believe it will pull all the elements together.

I received my two framed pictures in less than a week. They were both packaged very well to prevent damage. The gold frames are gorgeous! I put them in my office at work and I get so many compliments on them. Very high quality!! I highly recommend Fab Art!!
