Although the first print sent was faulty a replacement was delivered within a few days. I do like the print but would have preferred a cord to hang rather than a single attachment.

The print I ordered was delivered very promptly and was well packaged.
The ordering process was simple and a reasonable price for a framed print.

Delays with delivery. Patchy customer service.

I ordered an art print on April 22. Delivery was set for April 27. I noticed order didn't even get processsed until April 27. I emailed Fab who replied they would get their "team" on it. One look at the UPS tracking # showed me it was late. I never heard back from "Caro" from Fab. The package was delivered May 4. To be clear, this isn't the end of the world, but it would've been a good idea for Fab to let me know the order was going to be late, not lost. The art print is lovely. I just think their customer service is lacking. I suggested a refund on the $6.95 delivery fee but never got a reply.

Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

I have ordered, received and now hung two gorgeous prints that arrived very quickly and the quality is excellent. Will definitely use this company again, am so pleased with my new pictures!!

Be wary if you need any support after purchase - non-existent in my experience!

I had a faultless experience with Fab Art for my first purchase, and was sent relentless marketing and offers to make a second purchase. I did so, and upon receipt of the second piece of art, I realised that not only was the piece not what I expected it to be, but it also was not of the same quality.

The mistake regarding the order of the incorrect piece was down to me, which I am not disputing, but when I contacted them to request an exchange I was told I could not have one as I had "hung the work already". Let me be clear, I had taken receipt of the delivered piece from the courier, opened it, seen the mistake immediately, put it next to the first purchased piece on the wall and took a photo so I could easily show Fab Art the issue when I requested the exchange, and then put the frame back in the box. This all took less than 5 minutes. It wasn't hung on the wall for everyone to see for weeks on end. I took receipt of the package, saw the mistake immediately so repackaged, and emailed to request an exchange all within 5-10 minutes of the piece being delivered.

All I wanted was an exchange, for which i would have happily paid the postage. Not only is the print not what I wanted, but the quality is noticeably poorer than the first piece purchased. So I am left with a piece which looks absolutely ridiculous, and I am unable to use.

Fab Art have not responded to any subsequent emails, and I am now being forced to raise a dispute with my credit card company. Absolutely shocking customer service - I would have been a happy regular customer, but the way this has been handled is awful.

All over the website is getting the art right for the customer, and get in touch for us to resolve any issues etc. Yet I have emailed on three separate occasions to request a review of my complaint since it was made on 20th April and no response. I would urge you to be wary - if there are any issues with your order, you are unlikely to receive the support needed. I am extremely disappointed, as it was an expensive purchase, and I will certainly never use this company again and I will provide feedback to family and friends of the same. I've already had people comment on how nice the first piece of art I purchased was, so it a shame to have to explain this story every time they see it!

Use caution is my recommendation. Hopefully my credit card company will have more success than me.

WOW!!!!! LOVE LOVE LOVE!!!!!!!!

WOW!!!!!! LIKE WOW!!!!!!!! I bought 2 absolutely gorgeous, extremely excellent quality canvas, framed prints from this company. I was so in love with the print on the screen, but when I got it and saw it in person, it literally took my breath away. I’m serious. I take a lot of pride in my home and put a lot of time into decorating it, so I was extremely happy when I got my prints. Just incredible, really. I’ll be buying more. Also, I had to email them with some questions and they were extremely helpful. Best prints I’ve ever owned. They are super high end at an extremely good price. Also, they were packaged very very well, and sustained no damage and came quickly!!!!! Excellent business and totally legit!!!!!

Ordered early last week with express next day delivery. Six days have now elapsed with no update and the order stuck at 'completing' since payment was made.

I have attempted to email this company using this email address on their website and on multiple occasions called their number 07407768966. No answer, ringing through to voicemail or simply turned off?

Der Kundenservice ist absolut unterirdisch! Es gab einen Fehler in meiner Adresse, und das war nicht mein Fehler! Nachdem ich 5-6 E-Mails geschrieben habe, wurde dann auch mal auf meine E-Mail geantwortet und behauptet ich hÀtte den Fehler gemacht und soll trotzdem bezahlen, obwohl das Paket automatisch retourniert wurde. Der Support ist null lösungsorientiert und der Kunde steht hier nicht im Vordergrund

I just love the picture I ordered. The black frame is excellent and adds to the overall effect.
