Fab Home Interiors is a family run home interiors company with 7 stores across Lancashire and Cumbria. We're based in Blackpool, which is where we dispatch your orders from. We're all about providing you with the best quality, luxurious homeware available - at the best prices, that's why our team of interior designers and buyers hand pick all of our items.
The Fab family is a friendly team of 54 (and growing!). We're well known for our customer service team who are always happy to help you out, whether its asking a design question or queries about an order. We'll do our very best to help you 9am to 4pm, 5 days a week. All of our items are sold instore and online through our website, we know you're going to be super excited to receive your items - that's why we offer express delivery on most of our items in the warehouse. Some of our items, including our best selling framed artwork is made to order in our own studios, therefore lead times will vary so please bear with us while we hand create your artwork!We're only human, sometimes accidents do happen. Whilst we do everything in our power to ensure your items arrive with you safely, on rare occasions they might arrive with a fault. If this happens to you, please get in touch with our team as quickly as you can - it's our job to make this right for you!

The liquid gel glue looks like it’s running out as moving it and left blobs and the gems look out of place not like the pics online not very good for the price of it.
Emailed and told the company and they offered a 25%discount or wait for another one. Took the 25% as couldn’t wait weeks for another one as was for a birthday present.

I was told DHL will be picking up the…
I was told DHL will be picking up the wrong parcel they have sent me on Wednesday and till today they still haven’t picked it up. I requested management to give me a call instead I was sent an email that DHL will pick up the parcel today. I requested my refund on my purchase but they won’t give it until they have picked up the parcel. Absolutely disgusted with this service. Will never use their service again.

DHL have sent their apologies for the delay on the collection that we arranged, we kept in contact with you with regards to the collection via email and issued your refund as soon as we had confirmation the item was collected.

Gave the complete wrong order
Gave the complete wrong order, also I asked for refund only got an apology and the only way they will give the refund is once they will get the wrong parcel back. I got this as a house warming gift for tomorrow evening.

Nice colour and cut well
This product was sold at a decent price compared to places like B&Q and Wickes. It cut well without splitting (I used tape on the areas I were cutting through), and glued well to the wall with some adhesive I bought from somewhere else (that was quite pricey).
