Ordered some really cool products - things you'd find hard to find anywhere else. A couple of items arrived damaged - one clearly as a result of the national courier having mishandled the shipment. Fab Home's service offered to resolve it was thorough and helpful. I really liked the fact that Kerry there called me personally to discuss and was helpful and straight forward with me - even then following up with a better resolution than had been offered. I will definitely be browsing their site in future for bits and pieces, for sure.

Not worth the £50 very thin and came really dirty

I ordered a lamp from the site, there was an issue with it, contacted their customer service and they got it sorted by the next day.

The product when received was absolutely great. Delivery from this company has always been excellent. Would definitely recommend

The picture is absolutely beautiful, winter scene of couple walking dog in a silvery frame , looks even better on my wall than expected.

I ordered the Naga Ceramic Vase in brown and black (large). It arrived quickly and was packaged thoroughly to avoid any risk of damage to the ceramic. The vase itself is gorgeous and exactly like the photos. Brilliant service and a lovely product. I’d happily buy from them again and would recommend them without hesitation.

Chairs came up on a search as taupe picture looks taupe they’ve arrived bright silver nothing like the picture at all! Nothing stated in the description and it’s going to cost me a fortune to send back so now I’m stuck with to bright silver chairs that don’t fit in with anything else!

Very pleased with my purchase of a framed print and a wall mirror. They arrived earlier than I expected by about a week.
Customer service is excellent, with a quick response to my queries and no arguments about resolving an issue - a couple of the pins holding the picture in the frame had popped in front of the picture in transit. I could fix it but didn't want to touch it in case it then wouldn't be replaced if for some reason it didn't go as planned. FAB responded to my email very quickly and confirmed that they would replace it if I was unable to sort it out myself. Fortunately, it didn't come to that and the picture is sitting in the frame properly now without much difficulty.
The quality of the product is excellent and they look great hanging on my living room wall now.
Value for money is good as I've seen a similar (if not the same) picture elsewhere for more.
Products arrived separately packaged. They were packaged very well with plenty of protection.
I can 100% reccomend this company.
