Fab Home Interiors is a family run home interiors company with 7 stores across Lancashire and Cumbria. We're based in Blackpool, which is where we dispatch your orders from. We're all about providing you with the best quality, luxurious homeware available - at the best prices, that's why our team of interior designers and buyers hand pick all of our items.
The Fab family is a friendly team of 54 (and growing!). We're well known for our customer service team who are always happy to help you out, whether its asking a design question or queries about an order. We'll do our very best to help you 9am to 4pm, 5 days a week. All of our items are sold instore and online through our website, we know you're going to be super excited to receive your items - that's why we offer express delivery on most of our items in the warehouse. Some of our items, including our best selling framed artwork is made to order in our own studios, therefore lead times will vary so please bear with us while we hand create your artwork!We're only human, sometimes accidents do happen. Whilst we do everything in our power to ensure your items arrive with you safely, on rare occasions they might arrive with a fault. If this happens to you, please get in touch with our team as quickly as you can - it's our job to make this right for you!

Had to return the parcels and incur more delays should I require a replacement.

Sending one hook to hang a meter long wooden sign? Such a silly money saving idea. Customer service poor. Customer feedback ignored.

I have been buying from here for about…
I have been buying from here for about a year, mainly good, apart from the customer service, it’s extremely poor, unhelpful and unwilling to waiver, example, I’m always buying signs to hang, some are 1 metre wide, I’d always receive 2 hooks in order to hang it up evenly, however now they are sending one hook, when I enquired they told me if I don’t touch the item when hung, it will be fine.
Such a small thing to try to cost cut, surely anyone can see it requires two to give the sign stability on the wall. I did write to them about it, but as stated above unhelpful, and read/ignored my final message when trying to offer customer feedback.

I bought some cushions I had admired on another site and they were identical but my h cheaper on Fab Home.
