I've not received my goods so not very impressed at all. It's 10 days in and I paid for 2-4 day delivery at a cost of 4.99

Believe it or not I received my canary medicine the next morning! It was liquid and they had even taped it up so that it didn't leak. Brilliant service! Thank you so much, I'm really grateful.

Fab Finches is an excellent company. You can ask them any questions and they give you a prompt reply. They have a wide range of products. Everything you need to keep your finches healthy.

I never received my package.on the link to track my package it just says that it has been dispatched, but nothing more. Was supposed to arrive almost two weeks ago. I have not gotten an email or anything about the package since it has been dispatched.

Yesterday, l ordered a product from Fab Finches, in less than an hour, after l ordered, l realised, l did not need the product, l promptly search their website found customer support online form.
It advised to either use the form, or email sales.
I used the form, explaining that less than an hour ago, l made a purchase, that l have found out, that l don't need, please cancel.
However, it seems that the department that processes your order, is faster than customer services.
There did not seem to be a phone number that l could call, a human that l could speak to, to say, please stop this order, l don't need the product.
I received the unwanted product today, and obviously lost £25.00 of my money.
I know have to go through the returns process.
I think Fab Finches, check your customer enquiry forms more frequently.
