I would rate this a zero however it is not an option. Terrible customer service. Don't use this company for your downloads. I attempted to download a file for my Audi A6 and download failed. I attempted to make it right with Chris Winfrey asking for a refund as I was not able to download/use the product. He was rude, arrogant and not at all helpful. I had no choice but to dispute it with my credit card company.

I hadn't been able to find a manual for the 2018 Kia Soul at all prior to finding this site.

The process is a tad bit more involved than buying a paper manual because they need the VIN, but all in all, I am very happy to not have to brows forums with my fingers crossed to find the information I need.

The level of customer service I experienced was exceptional. When I lost access to my manual due to a corrupted file, the response was immediate and my replacement was handled quickly and professionally.
Beyond that, the manual itself has proven to be an invaluable resource. It provides comprehensive information for both general maintenance and more involved repairs, which has been critical for my relatively new vehicle that already has high mileage and is no longer under warranty.
Today’s vehicles are increasingly complex, but with this manual and a solid foundation of mechanical knowledge, it gives you the confidence and capability to take on repairs yourself—saving a significant amount of money compared to going to a shop.
I would highly recommend this to anyone looking to better understand and maintain their vehicle.

I received corrupted data that Adobe won’t open with corrupted data warning & on top of that no one from the company will respond to the 3 emails I sent to them . None of the numbers I found on the site work. I purchased the manual hoping they were genuine but my first sign of a scam was was seeing the word TIRES spelled TYRES

Contains a lot of unnecessary information not specific to my vehicle.- a collection of over 4000 pages that I find a bit difficult to follow. The diagrams are barely visible, made with thin lines at 20% gray.

After hours of research on the web this company stood out as the best aftermarket choice for my Maintenance and repair needs.I cannot express enough how thank full I am to have purchased this one.

Amazing service, my VIN specific manual was ready in about 12 hours, 4900 pages of detailed information including photos on everything you need, car is 3 years old and this information is not easy to find. Totally worth the price.

I ordered a manual - but unfortunately they were unable to supply it - because of a change by the manufacturer. However - they then refunded me with out me querying anything - so I believe that shows they are an honourable company that will serve you well - hence the perhaps suprising five stars. Cheers.

FM.com was very helpful and responsive in getting a great factory service manual to me. The manual uses many internal links. When a page refers to another page or process, you just click the link, and there is the referenced material. If you've ever used a paper manual full of bookmarks, you know how handy these links can be.
I had three classes of links that weren't working in my manual. They all had to do with wiring. FM was very responsive to my emails and provided all the linked information to me. When things don't go perfect on the first go, is when you find out what kind of a seller you are dealing with. FM did a super job getting my manual complete, and always responded quickly to my emails. Next, I am going to replace my paper Lexus RX manual, all six volumes and 30 lbs. of it. I checked that Factory manuals could produce an RH drive manual, and the answer was yes from Steve. I paid the fee, gave them the Vin and the manual was produced, which I downloaded. A check of the manual shows that it is 50% LH drive. The person in customer service (Steve) tries to belittle the customer and possibly does not understand the difference between LH drive and RH drive in relation to component location. The wiring diagrams are mainly for an LH drive car where page and connector locations do not exist (the wiring diagram would indicate a page where the connector is, but it relates to LH drive diagrams). The front suspension and steering show LH drive vehicles. Steve indicates that this comes from the dealership; if so, they should be able to get the correct RH drive modules. All I want is the correct modules, which Factory Manuals do not wish to provide. This company may be alright for LH drive vehicles, but is definitely not suitable for RH drive vehicles. I would not recommend this company based on the manual I received and the lack of customer service.

I contacted Factory-Manuals that I needed to replace my manuals. Within one(1) hour, an updated manual was sent to me via email. I downloaded it without any problems. The updated version is more detailed and easier to use. Thank you for your prompt response. It is nice to know that there are still reputable companies around. I highly recommend Factory-Manuals and will use them again.

I recently ordered a service manual for a 2009 Dodge Grand Caravan. I received the manual for a 2008. It may have even been my mistake, I could not find the digital trail to know for sure. SO, I emailed Steve at Factory-Manuals.com and explained the situation, including that it could have been my error. A couple of days later I received the CORRECT 2009 manual. THANK YOU STEVE for such good service. It really matters.

I combed the internet searching the best vehicle repair manual for my truck. I paid over $250 for the 5-volume factory technician manuals that I have but I wanted it on a digital file so I could quickly peruse or look at it on a monitor attached to my computer, rather than having bookmarkers in a bound book. You can't go wrong with this company and its product. Its priced fair and sent very quickly to your email. Their checkout was super easy and they even follow-up. Good communication! I have owned my HVAC business for 40 years and repair my company vehicles. It is such a blessing to see there are companies that have integrity and value a customer. I bought the deluxe manual for my 2015 F150. My custom manual is over 18,000 pages of detailed: color coded, step by step, torques, trouble shooting, has every single module in the truck. Tells you where they’re located and what pin in each connector does. Honestly I could go on and on and on. I’m very extremely satisfied. I’ve had my manual for over a year. It’s saved me so much time!

This company fails to inform you that the online manual requires multiple programs in order for theirs to work. I reached out to customer service and it's a joke. Don't get scam. They won't help or provide a refund. Stick with a reputable company with full disclosure.

They provided exceptional service, delivering my manual on a Sunday within just a few hours. The customer service was excellent, and I was particularly impressed with the secure download process and MFA integration—everything I look for in a reliable provider. Outstanding job!

Since the original review below, the company reached out to me for clarification on my problem. I'm happy to say that a new file was sent and the manual works as advertised. Although it shouldn't have taken a negative review to get a problem resolved, I thought it was fair to update the review.

Made an order on 7.3.25. Took a couple of days but got both the instructions and download link. All seemed fine until I went back to open the manual file and something was wrong with it. Sent an email to see what could be done. Got an email back from Steve who found everything to blame but that his file was bad. The instructions sure work every time. Now 12.4.25 and waiting on a response from my last email. All I need is to have the file sent again. Don't even mind paying the extra $20 to leave the file on the server (which I would have done if I knew the option was available at the beginning).
