This company is the worst I have ever dealt with. I am not a tech person and couldn’t get the manual to download. I asked them for a refund or some help and they told me I was a thief. The gentleman that has been answering my emails and was the one that called me a thief. I haven’t stolen anything and can’t get this thing to work.

Excellent customer service. I had an issue with storing the file ( my bad ) they fixed me up in minutes.

I had a great time looking through Thier large range of it's. I ended up buying at least 10 different items. Great prices. The camera system looks dam great and can't wait to get it. Much appreciated.

The fact that I ordered something a year ago, I forgot to download it and still they sent me a link to redownload it. Great customer service!

Incomplete service manual. I would estimate 25% of the pages in the document are blank. Very 1st page of document has the heading “12 Volt Battery Management System Component Location Index’, The next 1 ½ pages are blank.
Procedures are incomplete, showing headings for procedures but no instructions on how to perform them. I Searched Bookmarks for "radiator removal"
Instructions are as follows:
"Radiator Removal, Installation, and Test"
1. 1. Engine Coolant - Drain Engine C
2. No Instructions
3. 2. A/C Condenser Fan Shroud Assembly and Radiator Fan Shroud Assembly - Remove
4. No Instructions, This is consistant throughout the document.
Direct questions to Support are not answered or ignored.
Question to Support: "So the index is not in the document. I need to know if i received the correct download."

Question to Support: "In Step 3: Navigating Your Manual in Adobe Acrobat Reader it mentions a Table of contents with page numbers. I do not see any page numbers in the document. Is this refering to the page numbers in Acrobat reader Bookmark?"

Answer from Support: "The index is on the right side of your screen, (refering to the bookmarks tab in PDF) you can expand the sections and move on to those sections - you do not need page numbers."

Dont waste your money

Price was amazing and the support was even better. I lost all my data when my old computer crashed and I emailed them to as for the links to redownload my purchases and I was sent the link in about two minutes to my email.
The manuals are OEM as described!!!!

Factory Manuals contacted me within 30 minutes even though it was late Friday afternoon. Once I messaged back with my problem, Alan was quick to suggest that my downloaded PDF file was possibly corrupted and that he would send a link to download a new file...
Walla, a new file was made available, I downloaded it and presto - I could now resume using the great OEM manual as needed... Thanks Alan for you quick response and accurate solution... My Best, Ron

FactoryManuals provide incredibly detailed manuals outlining maintenance procedures for all conceivable repairs one might need. Originally I downloaded the manual to my phone and the file size was so large my phone had difficulty opening it. I emailed FactoryManuals customer service (Alan) about the issue and he promptly sent me an additional download code so the manual could be downloaded to my desktop instead. Five star customer service, I'll be using them again!

Got the help I needed very quickly. Not sure of the exact date.

Perhaps the main feature to my manual is the extent of depth they put into it. 25,000 pages and artistic graphs that put you right at the subject matter. I also enjoyed the fact that the data was searchable. As I told my friend Al...this book was well worth the money I paid.

Mr. Alan Davis was very helpful with my factory manual download. The manual is very informative with all of the technical information along with the required specifications information.

I have bought 2 Manuel off this site for working on my truck myself. They have been exactly what I need. When I didn’t get a download link for the second Manuel the assistance of Alan sending it to me next day was awesome. Thank you guys for making it possible for us to work on our own vehicles!

Quick easy downloading have used several times with great success. Even had to ask for a new link one time and they sent one quickly and without hesitation. Will definitely use again.

The pre purchase evaluation was expedited by the very accurate response to all my queries by Alan. The purchase went very smooth.

I had trouble with accessing the document bc I was not opening it from the standalone Acrobat running outside the browser. Without Alan's forbearing help, I probably would have never got it right! The installation guide needs to explicitly mention this requirement.

It will be nice to know about the download protection fees beforehand. Frankly, it came as a little surprise to me.

Great follow up, very easy to download and user friendly manuals. Allan was very helpful, lost my download manual link weeks later and no problem providing the link again.
