When our property failed to provide hot water, Lee quickly identified the problem and ensured the replacement part was ordered, delivered, and fitted as fast as possible. He showed real understanding of our personal situation, knowing our 2 year old son was returning home from hospital, and went above and beyond to make sure we had a warm, comfortable home to bring him back to. Colin Baker did our annual boiler check. He came early within the timeslot, was good. He was very friendly informative and thorough He gave advice and improved the cooker burner gas flow as the flame was low. Thanks

Gren visited my property today to complete maintenance on my boiler.
Had issues with accessing loft hatch as landlord didn’t provide key. Hewer then sorted this out on behalf of landlord so the job could be completed and my young toddlers still had access to heating and hot water over the weekend. Instead of capping my gas. Lovely gentleman. Great customer service, efficient and polite. Thanks Gren!

Incredible job from Ryan gough, very kind, friendly and informative engineer, answered any question and was polite throughout ….. showed us how it all worked and made sure we was happy with everything as he went along, we really appreciate the work he’s done today, 11/10 service!!! He tidied up after himself and made sure everything was looking clean and tidy!!!

Ryan Gough and David Wilkinson did a wonderful job putting in my new heating system. They were working at 29deg and then had to go in the loft. Which must have been like a oven 🤔. Yet they did the job and cleaned up after themselves.

Nicholas was a very pleasant man. Easy to chat to so communication was good. Did his job efficiently.

I want to thank the boiler engineer. Who is a professional. And he had no problem with repair. Everything lasted briefly and efficiently. Thank you Tom D.
