I have very good experience with Fair Point GmbH. As Event Manager to global tradeshows, it is incredibly helpful to be connected to a reliable booking agency that communicates promptly, problem solves, shows flexibility, and offers good customer service. Fair Point does all that. Even when I had to make a last-minute change to a booking on a Sunday evening, I was helped effectively through Fair Point's emergency line. My personal experience is with Ventsislav Georgiev, who goes out of his way to make sure our company's needs are met. I am very happy with his support!
