Decided to attend Bauma at the last minute, from Australia. Tried a couple of hotels , all booked out.
Called Fairpoint and got on to Maria. Who within 30 minutes offered me 4 or 5 options. I wanted to be close to the site. I could walk to bauma in 20 minutes.
Was such a great service, would highly recommend and the staff are very personable.

Gute und schnelle Bearbeitung der Anfrage. Jederzeit erreichbar. Schade ist nur, dass man die Zimmer auch mit längerem Vorlauf nicht mehr zurückgeben kann. Das weiß man aber vor der Buchung, deshalb 4 Sterne.

I see room for approvement in the cancellation/change period, this seems for me a bit unflexible.
