Excellent communication and a well-structured, step-by-step process that made it easy to understand what I was buying. The pricing was very fair, especially for a single buyer, and the First-Time Buyer scheme was a great help. Overall, a very supportive and smooth experience with the estate agent.

Fairview have a great team
Katie and Asli together are a great team always willing to patiently answer my questions, sometimes more than once!
Elisabeth is friendly and helpful as is Adam, the fireman with all his team. The best thing is everyone is so nice, so helpful and give the impression that they value their customers. The worst thing was selling my house on onkyb3 weeks in August and securing this house. So happy I have.

Very professional
Katie was very sweet and highly professional. She took her time with and us didn’t rush us at all.
She was very informative about the area as well.
She was very knowledgable about the homes and we really enjoyed viewing with her.
Her colleague was also very kind and looked after our dog in the office while we viewed.

A brilliant experience
A brilliant experience right from the start. Max was friendly but professional throughout, first on the phone and then in person. Whilst we currently are on pause with our decision we have felt fully informed and supported. He spent over an hour with us showing us the flats and then going through the details and answering our questions. If you want to look at Printmakers Yard Brentford, booking with Max is a must!

Truly grateful for an amazing experience!
We recently secured our new build home with Fairview at Watton and couldn’t be happier with the experience. A huge thank you to Asli, Katy and Chris who have been absolutely fantastic throughout the whole process.
From the very beginning, they were informative, approachable and always willing to answer any questions we had. Buying a home can be stressful, but their support made everything feel smooth and manageable. They truly went above and beyond to help us secure our new home, keeping us updated every step of the way and making sure nothing was ever too much trouble.
Their professionalism, friendliness and dedication really stood out, and we’re incredibly grateful for all their help. We would highly recommend this team to anyone looking for a new build home.

I had a great experience working with Jury during the initial stage of my home-buying journey. As this is all new to me, she took the time to clearly explain the process and guided me through different options, showing me a range of properties and offering helpful advice along the way.
It didn’t feel like a typical client–advisor interaction but more like a genuine conversation which I really appreciated. She has been knowledgeable, patient, and very supportive. I really appreciate her help so far!
