A positive sales experience!
The sales experience with Fairview has been pleasant (and dare I say enjoyable) in no small part thanks to our sales negotiator, Max. Max has been thoroughly patient, kind, considerate, and easy to work with. Always at hand to answer our questions and offer guidance. I originally met Max over a year prior when looking at purchasing, but ultimately the time was not right then. Coming back this time, Max and the team were kind to receive us and work out a deal we were all happy with.
I have yet to move in, but I'm very excited about our new home, and I feel that Max and Fairview are still very much invested in the success of our transaction and of our move.

I’ve had a really positive experience working with Suzette at Printmakers Yard while purchasing my new apartment. From the very beginning, she has been incredibly helpful, approachable, and professional throughout the whole process.
She’s always been quick to respond to any questions, kept me well informed, and made what can often be a stressful experience feel smooth and straightforward. Her friendly and supportive approach has genuinely made a difference, and it’s been a pleasure dealing with her.

We had a really positive experience…
We had a really positive experience with Fairview while purchasing our property. The entire process was smooth, well-organised, and transparent from start to finish.
A special thanks to Monika, who was incredibly helpful throughout the journey. She was always responsive, patient, and supportive, answering all our questions and making us feel confident at every stage.
It’s also worth mentioning that three of our friends have purchased properties from Fairview as well, and they are all very satisfied with their experiences. This clearly shows how reliable and professional the company is.
We would definitely recommend Fairview to anyone looking for a trustworthy property developer.

In the event of an incident,residents will be notified in advance via email and updated with the latest information.
For example when our wooden doors were damaged, you responsibly followed up and replaced them with new ones that mettle required specifications.

Viewing The Wattons
We met Katie to look at our housing options at The Wattons,having already spoken to her to arrange the appointment. She was very helpful from the start. She understood our situation, moving from another area, our age and our first time looking at new build properties. We received a warm welcome at the site and she gave us a detailed explanation of the site,the area and answered all our questions. We felt very comfortable looking round and same again for a second visit with our daughter
