Just fantastic! I've been a sub for well over a year now and my box always arrives safely packaged and in perfect condition through an international journey. Not only do they have the prettiest special editions with top notch picks (for a great price too!), their customer service is made up of the most customer-centered people on the planet. If FL has no supporters anymore you know I'm gone lol💜💜

Not only are the books beautiful but the customer service at FairyLoot is fantastic. I've had two issues with books over the 2 years I've been with them and both were resolved quickly and satisfactorily.

I had an issue with an order and had to mail them and within 10 minutes I had a response and everything was fixed! I’ve never had such an awesome customer experience.
If anything is wrong with whatever, just mail them and they have a solution!

The customer service is always on point! Everyone is always so kind and helpful! And they do a wonderful job with alerting everyone when changes do need to be made! You can truly tell they care a lot about us as fellow readers!

The subscriptions are really diverse, for every taste and the books are high quality and worth reading and collecting after.

You know, I have been a sub to Fairyloot here in the US for a long time now and I very rarely have any issues. I would say I have had maybe 3 books over my time with them show up with damage that they very quickly replaced with no hesitation. I have had a couple go missing due to the postal service and they've always been absolute rockstars in replacing those as well. Through all of my experience, their customer service has been kind and understanding.

Absolutely loved Lily and the rest of the team! She was incredibly hands-on, so reassuring, and supported me every step of the way. Thank you for this one, Fairyloot! 🤍

I’m happy about the fast response to my problem, i got a damaged copy of a special edition and they immediately agree to send a new one. This is not a 5 stars because the new copy had the same damage as the first one sadly. Overall, Fairyloot is still my favourite company for special edition books!

Was missing an early access email to purchase the second book in a series from Fairyloot but Amrit was quickly on the case when responding to my email and I was able to order the book I was looking for in time☺️
