First time I have purchased from Faith Jewellers and I will certainly purchase again in the future. Unbeatable price on Swarovski set for my daughter, perfectly packaged and even came with 3 different sized Swarovski gift bags for each piece I purchased. Would 100% recommend, thank you.

Ive been a customer of faiths for many years and always got excellent service mainly Portadown my main shopping ciara is an excellent manger and her staff ,have been very happy with my many purchases for my family and friends it will be sadly missed in Portadown

After misunderstanding how to use a discount code I emailed them and even though I'd already paid they refunded the discount that I would have received. Excellent customer service, super fast delivery and the best price for the watch I wanted. Thank you

I got an email to review a recent purchase and I meant to give it 5 stars but mistakenly gave it 1 and I think I sent it. Anyway 5 stars are bang on. Arrived exactly when it said it would , was beautiful and very good value. It was a nomination charm and was cheaper than EVERYWHERE else.

Went in to get a link removed from a watch that was purchased from them albeit many years ago. I was quoted £10 and it would take 5 to 10 minutes to do so I went for a walk around the other shops while it was being done. I came back, the original assistant had gone and the new one charged me £15 despite me saying I had been quoted £10 to get it done. Not impressed, one star review only because I couldn't give zero.

I wrote the review before your email response to my complaint directly to you. You can keep the extra £5 charged, I'm not wasting my time travelling back to the store to collect it. You are missing the whole point. I left the watch on the premise that the work was £10 a matter of 20 or so minutes later I come back and get charged £15. When you say the prices were changed recently I don't think you mean it was changed in the 20 minutes I was gone or do you? If I'd been quoted the correct price initially I could have made a buying decision, which would have been to go elsewhere. Your one star was well earned.

Brilliant service. I've ordered a crystal and an engraved watch and both are amazing and arrived so quickly. I would highly recommend.

I ordered a Swarovski Annual Edition Ornament 2024 8.4 x 1.3 x 6.6cm (0351) after some researching. I am really pleased that Faith Jewellers appeared on my search as it was by far the best price I could find. I can confidently recommend Faith Jewlers as a genuine supplier of Swarovski products, the ornament is as expected in perfect condition and supplied with all the Swarovski packaging that makes this the perfect gift, for my daughters Christmas.

First time to order I ordered a ted baker necklace earrings and bracelet set I was very dubious as the price was £40 for all 3 I've received the item it's in the ted baker box and my daughter will love it I will now come here to order jewellery in future 🙂

I was looking to buy 3 Nomination charms as Christmas gifts. Two stores in my town sell Nomination, but neither had the three charms I wanted.I looked online and came across Faith Jewellers, located in Northern Ireland.They had the three charms I was looking for.I was a little sceptical as had not heard of this company.....anyway, I placed my order, was offered a discount 😊...and free delivery.Within a few days I received my charms . Perfectly packaged, and inside, my three charms, 3 small Nomination gift bags, and a discount voucher re next purchase.Fabulous service, I would definitely use again without question

Excellent service . I purchased a Skagen watch for my wife . Unfortunately the face was too large 38mm . I spoke with Lauren and Noleen customer service . They resolved my issue and exchanged the watch with no issues for the 30mm face version . Five ⭐⭐ ⭐⭐⭐ all the way .

Ordered a watch without any issues, I emailed and asked for the watch to be altered before sending it out
which was done. The watch came within a couple of days and the strap needed altering, I emailed and asked how to do it and was emailed within minutes. Brilliant customer service
