Took longer than expected to come and eventually someone message me back to say parcel had been damaged in transit and they would send it again I then got it the next day. I might order again not sure... もっず芋る

Out of stock, no refund notification.

Placed an order for an item which according to the website, was in stock. No communication received, no tracking updates etc. To call them and find out it's actually out of stock and a refund would be provided.

Yet I'm still to receive any email confirming the refund has actually been processed.

Wouldn't recommend if this is how they deal with things. Would be much better if they communicated with customers about out of stock items and processed refunds swiftly.

Company was easy to get hold of when I wondering about my order. Via phone. They were already preparing order for dispatch.
Will be ordering from here again.
Tried the Tree tops drink cocktail 12 fruits drink from a vend machine just a few days before. Lovely natural just juice can without fake sugars. 100% recommend this drink and this supplier!

Brilliant customer service

Very happy with my purchase and the customer service it’s really good, they get back to you more or less straight away and will help as much as they can. The delivery was also good and on time.

They took my money knowing they could not fulfill my order

They took my money knowing that they never had the order in stock. Apparently the drinks I wanted have been discontinued. They have issued me a refund, which just over a week later I am still waiting to receive in my bank.

You should know as a company if you don’t have stock of a product

I purchased drinks from Fame, after a couple of weeks waiting for an update with no communication from them they refunded me the amount I paid for the drinks saying they don’t have stock for it. Why let me purchase it in the first place? On the website it never stated “out of stock”, why waste so much time?
