Poor communication. Emailed them for an update on my order after 7 days - no confirmation notice received at point of ordering. Eventually received a reply informing me there had been a delay in delivery. I would now be receiving my order the following Tuesday. No apology offered for the delay. No tracking details supplied.
All in all, a rather disappointing customer service experience and one Iâm unlikely to venture into again.
