The art work is beautiful! The process was so easy & you see the finished product before even buying it. I communicated with the owner twice & received answers promptly. What company does that any more? I will definitely be ordering more.

This company is available and all about their customers. My orders were processed and delivered in a very timely manner. The work that they do is professional and absolutely perfect!! Communication between customer and business is practically immediate.
I have already placed my third order with them with plans on placing another one.
I cannot recommend Family Present enough!!!

I ordered a portrait of my husband and me and it turned out beautifully. He has one eye sewn shut due to sinus cancer about 9 years ago. I don't see him that way so I asked them if they could make it look like the other one. Beautiful job and it's how I see him anyway.

Truly a unique gift. I am so pleased with the results. Would recommend this to anyone looking for a gift idea. Good service, good quality and reasonable prices. You can’t go wrong.

I cannot tell you enough how please I am with my artwork. The first piece I ordered was of me and my husband. Truly a work of art. So, again I chose to order. My first and only grandson was born in May. I ordered a picture for my son and daughter-in-law. This time I chose the black frame. When I received it I couldn't believe how beautiful. So, you know, I ordered a different one for myself with the black frame and I am truly in love. Communication with the company is above Excellent. It only took a week for them to come. I cannot say enough good things about FamilyPresent. I will order again and again.

Excellent in every way! From the preview to the finished product, the process was very smooth. It only took a few days to receive our canvas and we are so very pleased! I had to contact customer service to get a question answered. They responded in a couple of hours, even though it was on a Sunday. We highly recommend Family Present.

Is there a way that I can leave 6 stars? This company is amazing. There's just no other way to describe them.
Initially, my wife Patti and I ordered 3 prints of our dogs, but had a small issue with shipping. Florian helped us, which is an understatement. I should say it this way; Florian stopped at nothing to make it right. We are so pleased with the pictures and just so taken back and grateful for the customer service, there are almost no words to describe it.

I purchased 3 prints for my husband for Father’s Day. He was SO surprised and he really loved the prints. One print was him with our Great Dane. The second was him with our first grand child and the third was a print of our twin girl grand babies. They look amazing in our family room! I can’t wait to order more prints for our home and friends. Our family and friends love the prints as well!

Great product! Finished picture looks better than the original. It’s like a Monet. Management is sensitive to customer feedback. Used twice and have recommended to friends. Quick turnaround.

DO NOT hesitate to order from Family/Present. I ordered a portrait for my friend’s wedding, before I realized I would probably be out of town when the order would be delivered. I emailed the company, asking for the order to be delayed until I got back as I didn’t want it sitting outside, possibly exposed to the weather. The owner, Florian, quickly contacted me and explained it had already gone to production. I then asked him if at all possible, to have it delivered to my front porch. He replied that he would personally contact the shipper and give him my request. Florian replied in a timely fashion and said he would personally monitor the shipment. Much to my unexpected surprise, I received it three days later, before I even left for vacation. And it is absolutely beautiful. The owner is highly responsive to your emails, offering outstanding customer service, along with doing beautiful work. I highly recommend this company and if I could give him more than five stars, I would.

Other than Amazon, I rarely shop online because I’m often hesitant to trust unfamiliar retailers. After reading positive reviews about Family Present, I decided to give them a try.
I ordered watercolor prints of my late husband—a solo photo of him, one featuring the two of us and another with his best friend of more than 45 years. The ordering process was simple, and delivery was prompt. After my order arrived, I received a follow-up from Florian, Founder of Family Present. While I was thrilled with the prints, I mentioned that they had been slightly damaged during shipping, leaving visible impressions that could not be concealed by a frame mat. One of the prints was intended as a birthday gift for my husband’s friend, so I was concerned about presenting it.
Florian immediately arranged for a replacement, which arrived just in time. My husband’s friend absolutely loved it.

I couldn't be more pleased with the canvas reproduction pictures I received from family present. I sent them two photos of my husband and I for two prints - the work they did to produce the canvas prints is impeccable. I would recommend this company. I received a beautiful watercolor picture of my husband and me. I ordered it on June 1, 2026 and received it on the 10th. The site was very easy to use to order just what I wanted, I am very pleased with this company.

Fast delivery, canvas came out beautifully and will be hanging on my wall tomorrow. Also, more importantly, customer service was understanding and went above and beyond to make it right. There are a lot of websites out there, mostly from other countries, and this small USA company deserves to be on top of the list!

The work was flawless, delivered earlier than I had expected, and the people there are amazingly friendly and sincere. They took time to write to me throughout the process. I will be ordering again.
