I had an issue with regard to the delay in shipping that I believe was tied to the Postal Service. I sent a request to Family Present over the weekend and was surprised and pleased to get an immediate response and follow up. We received the beautiful watercolor print of our dog shortly after. I highly recommend Family Present and will use them again for any photography we would like to have done in the future

This company is amazing. They can take a less than good photo and re-pose the dog. Then they create a beautiful water color portrait. You even get to see it before your final order. I will be ordering more!

Fantastic experience from uploading photo, paying and communicating shipping details. Delivery was disappointing when it was obviously folded probably by my postal service and tried to be put in my mailbox before being delivered to my door. I emailed customer service and Florian said he was replacing it. It came the other day with no damage. Thank you! It’s rare to have this level of good customer service these days

My frame arrived with a crack in it. I contacted the company and a new print and frame were here within the week! Amazing customer service.
The print of my son’s dog brought tears to our eyes. A treasured gift he’ll have forever. A great company to work with! Thank you!

I found the whole process very nice. The customer service I received when there was an error was exceptional. They did everything I asked for.

I ordered a portrait for my sister of her two dogs who passed away. There was a shipping problem that was no fault of Family present. I emailed Family present about the issue letting them know it was not there fault but I needed a new frame. The owner actually contacted me personally, and replaced the entire portrait and frame even though it was not there fault.
The portrait was perfect and made my sister very happy.
Thank you so much for the way you handled the issue that wasn't even your fault. I definitely will be ordering another portrait from your company.

I was pleasantly surprised by the quality and fast delivery of my order. The picture was beautiful. I will definitely order again from the company.

The experience was great for a number of reasons. First, ease of process - from selecting and uploading a photo, to selecting the frame - it was all seamless and took less than 5 minutes. It was promised on short notice to be delivered on Mother’s Day and seeing that the image was of our recently deceased dog Oliver - it was very, very important that it made it in time. The piece hangs prominently in my entry way and we could not be happier with the results and would recommend without reservation.

Florian was also very responsive and followed up multiple times - something g nobody else in digital space does. A true care of customer. THank you Florian.

I ordered 2 prints. One of my old K-9partner of 10 years who passed. And a print of my daughter’s dog who recently passed. The prints were done beautifully. They were mailed to me in a very short time and the price is very reasonable. I have 5 Airedales which I will be having done soon. If anyone has questions about the work feel free to email me.

I ordered and received timely a beautiful water color like portrait of my granddaughter’s new pup. The piece is outstanding and she truly loves it. It was easy to download and order. I greatly appreciate the quality.

I loved my first portrait of my husband and I so much that it didn’t take long before I had another one made of my Mom and I around the date of Mother’s Day. My Mom is gone now, but this portrait is even more beautiful and meaningful to me than my first one. Everyone I show them to cannot believe I didn’t have them commissioned. I absolutely love my canvas! My mother passed away less than 3 weeks ago and this came across my feed and I ordered it right away. I have it as my screensaver and I put it up in my bedroom and it brings me so much comfort in this beautiful smile is exactly what she looked like. While looking for a nice way to memorialize our dogs we came across this company. We sent them a couple of pictures and they did a great job! The water color paint style images look very nice.

Das Bild kam gut, schnell und sicher an. Es war schöner und besser erstellt worden als erwartet. Ich bin sehr zu Frieden und die beschenkten haben sich auch sehr gefreut. Ich finde auch wenn es viel Geld ist lohnt es sich, man hat es schließlich für immer.
