We had a great experience with familypresent. I ordered a portrait of our dog Cojo for my wife's Mother's Day present and she cried tears of joy when she opened the package. Not to mention everyone else who has seen the portrait loving it, and wanting one of their own pet.
I highly recommend familypresent, you will not be disappointed. We will be using them for several more family pet portraits in the very near future.

We had a watercolor of our grandsons made for our daughters birthday gift. It arrived on time. And, it is beautiful.
She loved it! Totally worth every penny.
We would do it again, for sure.

My experience with this company has been spot on from the very first moment I began to order a canvas. Florian is the most patient and caring person I have ever had to pleasure to work with. She made sure that everything about my canvases were exactly the way I wanted them to be. This company is a 15 star company and anyone who orders from them will be very lucky.
I will be doing future business with this company as their work is beautiful!

I have ordered several (at least 6 in the past month) from Family present. The water colors are simply stunning. You will not go wrong ordering a beautiful picture from this company and please believe me, I AM VERY FUSSY. Customer service is also very good. I have gotten a response within 12-24 hours. JAN

Yes the print looks nice and looks watercolor but totally computer generated and printed on photo paper!!! This is something you can do yourself! It would have been more acceptable if they printed on watercolor paper! $42 for a photo picture is not what I bargained for! Not sure why these high ratings that I fell for.

I could not be more pleased with the watercolor portrait I received from familypresent! It was far more beautiful than I had even expected. I created a portrait of my dear friend who passed away at 93 years old. His family used the portrait on the altar at his funeral, next to his Veteran's flag. It was a portrait to be proud of.
My order arrived promptly and was packaged carefully. I will be ordering again and again, as gifts, and for myself.

This company went above and beyond to rectify my order. I was contacted by the company and was able to order my canvas that I wasn't able to because of a glitch that was unexpected. I reordered my canvas. When it was reviewed, I was contacted about a piece of the picture that didn't show up for production. They graciously added it in personally, and sent me a new preview. It came 15 minutes before my daughter was coming so I put the new preview in the envelope for her.
It really made my Mother's Day and my daughter's. She loved it and I can't wait to give her the completed canvas. This company really does go above and beyond to satisfy their customers. I was contacted immediately with concern so everything was correct. I highly recommend this company for their fabulous customer service and making sure you are satisfied. Thank you so much!

I had made a mistake in my order and "familypresent' was more than helpful in correcting that timely fashion and kept me posted on the sequence of finish and delivery.
I loved the picture with three generation and my family raved about the technique and finished product. I used the pdf file to make smaller prints for the grandkids and am waiting now for some more 'family' pictures to have them made as well. We are all more than pleased and hope you will be also.

I put the wrong address on my order and they corrected it so I got my portrait in time for mothersday. The portrait is incredible and it’s better than I could have imagined. High quality and arrived on time. Their customer service is the best I have ever dealt with and I order stuff online a lot. I will definitely order from family present again❤️

My order was stuck at the post office(for wks) and I wasn't sure what to do. I reached out to their customer service(the owner!!!) and they were awesome! They reached out to the post office on their end...and actually sent me another one. I ordered again, a wk later, as another of my sister pets passed away ..I received both and they are beautiful!!! Highly recommend!

I got this for my sister because she lost her dog. The picture was beautiful and when she received it she got very emotional seeing her precious Gus’ face again, but it’s also something she said she will be able to treasure forever. So grateful for Familypresent being able to do that for her and us. Will definitely use again. They did such a wonderful job. Thanks familypresent.

After losing my Buck to cancer, I wanted to memorialize him with a portrait. Family-present.com far exceeded my expectations. They gave me a a bit of him back to me. Beautiful!!

The purchase was well worth it as mine was exactly like the preview before you order your picture. I ordered with the black frame and it arrived ready to hang. I used the command strips that don’t even harm the paint. I highly recommend you buy it !

I will be honest, I was skeptical when I first placed this order. But my heart was so broken when I tragically lost both my fur babies and I saw the add for this place and I decided to take a chance . I must say this was the best thing I ever ordered. It is beautiful both my babies on canvas. It was bitter sweet to receive this. One thing I must advise is get the frame with the canvas it is so worth it. Thank you so much. I will cherish this for ever. This gets a 10 out of 10 in my book.

The canvas artwork is beautiful and a great representation of the photograph that I uploaded Their customer service was very helpful and prompt in answering questions concerning my order. Will definitely order from them again.
