Ich habe ein kleines Geschenk gesucht und bin zum Glück auf Familypresent gestossen und nach der ersten Bestellung war ich so begeistert, daß ich noch zwei andere Aquarelle bestellt habe. Super Preis, Abwicklung, sowie Zustellung. Bin so zufrieden und empfehle diese Firma gerne weiter.

Was easy to design & the results were fantastic!

In looking for something to memorize our recent passing of two precious pups, I came across the website “family present”. Liked the detail of the pictures so this seem what we were looking for.
After receiving the pictures, I was totally amazed at the detail and they seemed to catch our pups personally! Today they are in our living room reminding us daily how lucky we were to have them in our lives. The unconditional love they gave us are seen through the detail of their eyes.

I am usually hesitant to order when something comes across my facebook feed. However, this was the BEST present and service that I can remember getting in a very long time. I ordered a gift for my aunt who lost her husband a couple of years ago. It arrived quickly and was phenomenal. She could hardly talk when she called to say she got it. She said it looked just like him. This is one of the sweetest gifts I have ever purchased. The communication with the company was great and friendly.

I had a few communication problems initially and made payments for expedited handling which was not provided. The communication problem was resolved and the cost of expedited handling was refunded. The artcraft arrived on February 21, 2026 and I am satisfied with the items as they are high quality and meet my expectations.

This company is amazing. You get exactly what they promised and on time. My wife and I absolutely loved what we received. You can be very comfortable purchasing from familypresent.

The picture turned out better than I expected and we really like it. Even though we had a small problem with a mixup in the order, it was handled quickly and very professionally. Will definitely use this outfit for any needs in the future

I stumbled onto this site while looking for a Valentine's gift for my new husband and it turned out terrific! I'll be wanting to use them again for future projects for sure!

I was a little hesitant to order since I hadn't before, but I was super impressed and my print in beautiful!!
I had an issue with my email being eliminated so I emailed them asking that the artwork be sent to my new email. It was handled within an hour. The founder responded herself. Such GREAT customer service! I'll definitely be ordering again!

They did a great job and absolutely amazing

I ordered a portrait on February 8th (writing this on the 18th)and still haven't received a tracking number nor received a single response to my three attempts to inquire about the status of my order.
There is no communication with the support team. I am still in a dark.

I ordered two pictures for my husband’s 80th birthday. I picked out pictures of my two dogs. One picture was of our beloved Lola who passed away in 2023. When I received the pictures, I almost cried! They were beautiful! They looked exactly like our “babies”. I am so grateful that I found family present .You will not be disappointed when you order!

What a delightful result! An ad caught our attention Facebook for the possibility of a water color image made from a favorite photo! As we approached Valentine’s Day and lucky enough to be in our 47th year of marriage we decided to treat ourselves! We chose to have a copy of our very first photo together April 1979 taken by my late mother-in-law. It’s awesome and will be a family treasure. Thank you!!! Great quality and beautifully executed!
