I ordered a picture from this company not sure if they'll come out right. The advertising was enticing so I did it or a leap of faith. When it came in the mail I was really happy to see it. My lady friend loved it her mother loved it her girlfriends loved it and told her how thoughtful I was. So I ordered one for me.

I was 110% satisfied with my pictures! They came out looking exactly like the people in the pictures I sent, with a beautiful artistic touch! I put them in a size larger frame with a complimentary colored mat and it really made it outstanding! I was very pleased when I received my new watercolor of Bella. It was better than I ever thought it would be. Bella was my grandson's pet and she passed away a couple of weeks ago and I will be so proud to give him this gift. I showed this art work to my neighbor and she was also impressed and will be getting in touch with you to make one for her of her Oliver.

The artwork is just wonderful! The likeness of the print to the original photo is remarkable...I have mine set as the wallpaper on my phone so I can see it all the time!!

I received my beautiful print today from family present. I sent a picture in of our beloved fur baby. Family present turned it into a beautiful watercolor. My original portrait was sent in a brown envelope, which didn't fare well during transit, it arrived in poor condition. I contacted family present and without any hesitation they sent a second one in a very sturdy box. I'm delighted with the portrait and will definitely use this company again and recommend to others.

I recently ordered a print of my wife and me with “Est. 1983” as a Mother’s Day gift. When it arrived, I noticed it unfortunately read “Eat 1983,” which was pretty disappointing.

I reached out to the company to let them know, and after a few emails, the owner personally responded and made it right. They reprinted the piece at no charge and shipped it out themselves. In fairness, the mistake was missed on both sides, including mine.

I truly appreciate the way they handled the situation. Because of that, I wouldn’t hesitate to order more prints in the future and would definitely recommend giving them a try.
