My husband and I ordered a portrait from Family Present, of our 2 boys that we've lost. I was hoping it would look like my boys, I was hoping I wouldn't be disappointed as I have been by some other things I've ordered from other companies. This portrait surpassed everything I was hoping for! It is absolutely beautiful! We framed it and hung it on the wall where we can look at it all the time.

When I received my order from family present I was totally taken back . It was beautiful ! The work was so well done . I ordered a picture for my beautiful niece’s wedding . I am so excited to give it to her . It’s a gift that I’m sure they will treasure for ever . Thank you family present , especially Florian , who responded to my text . You have a customer for ever.

I sent two pictures and they are both beautiful. Florian was pleasant and easy to work with and even made some major changes I requested. He kept me updated on the status of my order and provided me with pictures I could download until the final project was available. I ordered a picture for anniversary and it came out just beautiful. Husband had a tshirt w writing in it and thankfully they removed the writing so it looked so much better and we had just finished golfing and they added lipstick for me ! She did great job well worth the 100 dollars and it came in less than a week. I love it!!!!!

This company does amazing prints. I have received 2 prints and will be getting more. Usps lost my second print and they went above and beyond to replace it. He kept in touch with me daily until I received my replacement. It's an honor to work with someone who still puts customer satisfaction first. Thank you Florian

Just wanted to let you know the gift I bought for my sister was delivered yesterday. She was ecstatic with the canvas artwork.

The picture was of my sister and our mother taken some 70 years ago. It turns out the picture was one of my sister's favorites. I had done some refinements to the picture before sending it on to you, and the end result was a bigger hit than I had imagined.

We wanted to honor our Labrador Chief of 13 years. Chief passed away on February 7th 2026. They exceeded my expectations and we love this water color portrait. Thank you!

I ordered a picture from this company not sure if they'll come out right. The advertising was enticing so I did it or a leap of faith. When it came in the mail I was really happy to see it. My lady friend loved it her mother loved it her girlfriends loved it and told her how thoughtful I was. So I ordered one for me.

I was 110% satisfied with my pictures! They came out looking exactly like the people in the pictures I sent, with a beautiful artistic touch! I put them in a size larger frame with a complimentary colored mat and it really made it outstanding!
