never buy a ring from this company ever they’re craftsmanship is no where near as good as they say it is wasted a 1000 dollars plus on an engagement ring for a stone to fall out 8 weeks after delivered and then to throw it back on us as we knocked it or the it’s the golds wear and tear

My ring is very beautiful, it is exactly how I imagined it and for a fantastic price. Their customer service is incredible, they had quick, consistent communication and ensured I was kept in the loop on the entire process and got exactly what I wanted. I am very happy with it and will be purchasing my wedding band from here also!

Amazing customer service and great quality! My ring size is quite small so many local jewellery stores couldn’t help me as they don’t make/stock my size. I love that Fancy Clarity you can choose any ring size, shape, etc. It was truly amazing being able to customise my ring just as I want it. They also keep you in the loop every step of the process which I think is so great. Highly recommend this company!

After a series of health issues my husband decided I should have something special to cheer me up.
I said I’d really love an upgraded engagement ring that I can wear daily.
I found Fancy Clarity online- simple google search. I placed my order and within 24hrs I received an email with details and a CAD drawing. I made some changes and altered the setting and they were so helpful.
My ring arrived with a certificate for the stone and is beyond my expectations!
I cannot rave about this business more!

Their customer service team is 10/10! They respond so quickly and are very helpful and attentive. I had to send my ring back for resizing as it was a bit big (my own fault), and they were very proactive in helping me sort it out. The ring I received is so beautiful, I’m in love. I will definitely purchase here again and highly recommend them!
