Mr. Vincent Stone assisted me to get the dates changed on my trip. Let me tell you in my 59 years of living i have never seen better customer service from anyone. Vincent was sympathetic to my situation, extremely knowledgeable in how to help me and explained every step to me clearly as he worked. He was friendly and patient with me. I will definitely call him for my future needs. He is an asset to your company.

I thought I was purchasing actual airline tickets from this company, immediately got a confirmation email and then the following day got an email that my tickets were not confirmed and to contact Fare Crown. Turns out, the tickets were only standby status but for $750 more I could purchase actual tickets.
They were supposed to call me the next day with an update on my stand by status, didn't call and when I called them, the best they could do was for an additional 2k, assist me with getting real tickets. NO THANKS. Allegedly I'm getting a refund, minus a bogus fee of $174.
I would never recommend using this company, EVER. Beware.

Vincent Stone was excellent. He clearly is a professional and loyal guy. It took awhile to get through all the extreme details of booking flights but he was patient and understanding and a pleasure to talk to.

Do not use this website unless you plan on being on standby for flights. This sight market and sell flight tickets but fail to warn you that your flight may put you on standby. This is not what you agreed too, this wasn't inform to you. And if you don't agree to being on standby they refuse to cancel your booking if you request. Mind you, you're not charged until you agree to the terms. You must emphasize for your account not to be charged. This is the worst flight booking website.

The most horrible experience Vincent and Amber Smith both fake names with heavy Indian accents. The scammed me out of 710.00 dollars. Sent me fake tickets and boarding pass after I kept calling them the day before.Please beware use airline website or reputable places like Expedia .Please beware of Farecrown.com

The company is misrepresenting it's Trustpilot rating.The website indicates a 5 star rating. The true rating is only 3.1, and for good reasons.

Worst place ever they scammed me and I never got my boarding passes had to schedule a flight last minute for $200+ more dollars

I was pleased to have Brad Miller assist me with my travel reservations. He is the consummate professional and frankly IS the Farecrown BRAND. He is a master problem solver and was able to skillfully exceed my expectations so much so, that I immediately booked a second ticket and will solicit his assistance on securing a rental car. He is the best in the complex industry!

AVOID!! DO NOT I MEAN DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM..YOU WILL BE SCAMMED..THEY TOLD ME 1 PRICE AND SAID ONCE I BOOK I WILL BE REFUNDED ENDED UP BEING A LIE ENDED UP PAYING DOUBLE THE AMOUNT FOR THE FLIGHT AND ARGUING ON THE PHONE WITH THEIR BOSS VINCENT FOR 3 HOURS STILL NEVER GOT MY MONEY..WILL BE CONTACTING BBB 😡

I wouldn't even give them 1 star. Total scam. I never received my gauranteed tickets, not the standby, that i paid extra for. They Gave Me the run around for a full week.They even gave me a fake confirmation number for the airline. I ended up purchasing direct from the airline for more money at the very last minute. Run, do not even think about. This site is off shore and should be totally illegal.

Horrible customer service and a scam! They quote you one price and then after you book, they tell you that you have to pay more. Don't use.

0 Stars avoid unless you want to throw your money away. Scam, run around and complete waste of time.
Never received tickets!

I booked a flight for 6 people and Vincent was very helpful with the process. He assisted from beginning to the end. Also, his intern Gary was also helpful. He is under good leadership. I would definitely use this company again.

Brad Miller was absolutely amazing! He was very patient & professional, was great even with me questioning him about everything because I get a lil reluctant with all the scams out there..
But for all my future trips I will absolutely be continuing my purchases thru Brad and his company and super excited for my trip!!! I still can’t believe he got my 2 littles & I round trip tickets for a total of $716. I’m a single mother and wish I could find prices like these more I feel so blessed

I could go on and on about the experience we have had with your company and especially Mr Radner. We have had so many questions and concerns about our flight and he was so patient and answered all our questions in a way we could understand. I am 83 and my husband is 80 so it is sometimes difficult to get through all the steps it takes, but he was on the phone with my daughter in law as she was setting up the flights. He was so helpful and no question or concern was too small or too large. Because of him, we will be able to have a lovely time with my son and his family. Many thanks for everything. He deserves a gold star.
