Fastmodz レビュー

Company responds fast and quick.

FastModz shipped quickly and had the best price online. They’ve earned a customer.

FASTMODZ .. we can’t say enough about your AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!
I have never dealt with a company with more Integrity, Honesty. and kindness. There was not one email I sent regarding our Can Am battery that I did not get a response right back. Not only was it the quickest response ever! They never dropped the ball from start to finish! Our battery had a couple weeks until the warranty was over. And they let me know they would be replacing it. Don’t hesitate to order from them. You will not find better people. A better company! I order a lot from different online companies . I’m so grateful for all their help and work ethics. Their kindness support and emails spoke loudly that their number one priority was their customers! We got our battery! Thank you Fastmodz you are one of a kind! In this world today it is rare! Keep shining!! 🤩Cecil and Laura

Had a wonderful experience buying through FASTMODZ. Has an issue due to the shipping carrier that was well outside of FASTMODZ control. Yet they took the necessary steps, even reaching out to the manufacture to help replace the missing part! No that is going the extra mile and what you can expect from doing business with this company

Got my parts on time and in perfect condition! Thank you guys!

My RS-R Down lowering springs were delivered promptly and in excellent condition. Thank you.

Beware of this company- my son paid 1300.00 for rims over a year ago. Kept getting a run around let them know he heard they were discontinued and they told him they would be issuing a refund, 5 months later still nothing. They don’t answer calls, emails or chats! Stay clear. We are hiring a lawyer!

Edit- yes it has been finally refunded- i appreciate that. I still don’t understand why it took this review to get anything done about the situation. This is not how a business should be ran and the lack of customer service should be a HUGE red flag.

I will NEVER go through this company again. They have worst customer service & never answer the phone I’ve called them everyday for 2 weeks straight and have yet to get a person on the phone nor a call back from them. You email them trying to follow up with an order you’ll be lucky if you hear back same week from them. Just terrible service & customer gratification is none existing with FastModz. So unless they are your last resort I’d go directly to the source instead of using them.

Perfect fitting parts, shipped quickly and at a great price

Everything is great so far. I haven't had time to install the headers yet. They look great can't wait to get them installed. Great price, communication and fast shipping. No damage to the box during shipping process.
Thank you guys.

Great price and fast shipping. Great transaction, Thanks!

I recently ordered my item and had no information given back to me until I started emailing them. I had no response back and I’m trying to get a refund and return my order but they won’t answer my emails.

Fast delivery and truck parts was what I needed.

This was my first order with fast modz. Great prices, quick responses from customer service, parts were packaged well and arrived on time.

Absolutely terrible customer service and communication had no info on my order until I emailed them 7 days later they send me a tracking number a couple hours later that shows it haven’t even been processed kept asking then what was going on the just strung me along never gave me a eta had to order the tires from another company to meet the deadline then these showed up a couple days later and now just stuck with them $1100 wasted thanks to their incompetence
