Stickers with foil
I ordered custom shaped stickers with foil print.
They are very well made and I am very happy with them. The person who I was in contact with over the email (Sam) was responsive and helpful.

Misleading images not connected to actual product in listing
After multiple back and forth emails i was sure i had every element clarified, however I still received an unsuitable product. Images displayed are misleading, what I thought i was purchasing was infact made on a completely different machine with a minimum order of 500. So the no minimum order was also misleading on top of this Australian business based on Sydney then printing in Korea.
I got no resolution and was constantly forwarded back to the staff member who was terrible at communicating and explaining his product.
Update: the image type they are referring to below is one of the example photos on the page I purchased from. I stated white on clear as shown in on the website and was told this is what i was purchasing. It was not.

After reviewing the full communication history with our team, it appears that the product received was not what you were expecting. Once your order was delivered, you shared an image of the result you had in mind, and Jay—your dedicated sales manager—explained that the finish shown in your reference is a white foil printing process, which is a premium option and significantly more expensive than the AUD $77.40 paid for your order. Our team clarified this during the email conversation and also offered a discounted upgrade option so you could achieve that specific foil finish. However, it seems we did not receive a response after that stage.
We always strive to provide clear, detailed guidance and to ensure every customer is happy with their final outcome. We’re truly sorry if there was any misunderstanding or if our explanation wasn’t clear enough at the time. We’re more than happy to assist further and help you find the best possible solution.

Great Final Outcome Despite Initial Hiccups
My experience with this printing company started off rocky but ultimately ended on a good note. There were several miscommunications early on — including incorrect dimensions, missed revision requests, and some confusion about order details. I also learned that their customer service team is based in Australia, so if you're in the U.S., expect delayed responses simply due to the time difference.
Additionally, orders ship from Korea, which wasn’t clearly stated upfront, so be aware of that when planning your timeline.
That said, once the issues were finally addressed, the company did step up, corrected the mistakes, and made things right. They ensured my order was reprinted accurately and were able to deliver everything on time, which I genuinely appreciate.
Overall, the product quality ended up being solid, but I’d recommend giving yourself extra time to account for slower communication and international shipping logistics.
