I paid for a Bob but It wasnt in stock so they give me the option to change for a Billy so i said yes and they give me a seat . Im really in LOVE with this bike, now i prefer thisone that the Bob and i can go with my girlfriend un the same bike, i feel like this is a motorbike ✌🏻😁

On the 7/9/2023, I bought a fatbike in Fatbike Amsterdam. It was stated as Fatbike Oliver in the website (now it's not longer in the website but I have proof of this). I received on the 18/9/2022. Unfortunately, once I opened the box I couldn't install the fatbike because it didn't come with an installation manual. I asked to the company for the manual, and they sent me some small videos in other languages without a clear installation advice. After that, I asked for a mechanic person to install the product. The days continue passing without an answer. They didn't want to send a mechanic but in the end they sent one person to install it, and they told me that it's for free. The mechanic person told me that it was not a fatbike, but a scooter, therefore I required driver's license which I don't have. Because that reason I decided to return the Oliver scooter. The company told me that the costs are for the customer, so I paid 89 euros to return the big package. Yesterday, I got a partial refund of my purchase. Instead of 1795 I got 1760 euros back. They told me that those costs that they are charging me are partially for the mechanic (which they told me that is for free due to their mistake), for transaction costs with a credit card (I didn't pay with creditcard) and to send and investigate my shipment (20 euros).

***After posting here, the owner of Fatbike decided to contact me and to refund the full amount. Either way, I was not happy with the entire process and made my lose time, money (89 euros) and energy.

The bicycle came good, it saved me from dying going to work.
It arrived later than I thought, which is partly my error when I put my information, but it was supposed to arrive earlier.
Otherwise fine, its arrived safely and the personal has been very patient, friendly and helping me with everything.

The bike came as aspected and works good! Delivery took a little bit longer, but they said that to me before.

Een goede fiets en hele goede service wat ik kreeg. Het duurde ietsje langer dan verwacht maar al tot al een fijne ervaring

Ze waren makkelijk te bereiken en waren heel behulpzaam aan de telefoon over hoe je de fatbike in elkaar zet. De fatbike fiets heel lekker

Ik heb advies gekregen over wat ik wil en nodig heb. Alleen de communicatie tussen de aflevering en mij was er niet, ze hebben wel snel geleverd.

Ik heb lang gewacht op mijn fiets en ik zou 50 euro terug krijgen maar niks gehad

Altijd snel antwoord op vragen. Is super vriendelijk en ook al was de levering wat vertraagd ik werd er goed van op de hoogte gehouden en oplossingen aangeboden.

wat een onwijs fijn bedrijf ik heb op zaterdag contact gehad over het afnemen van 3 fatbikes het probleem was dat ik ze maandag al gelijk nodig had en hoe bijzonder op zondag avond werd alles netjes voor me geregeld en maandag hadden we de 3 fatbikes in huis op en top service plezierige contact momenten gehad en super goed geholpen als ik 10 sterren had kunnen geven had ik het zeker gedaan

Heel fijn bedrijf! Ik ben onwijs goed geholpen met uitzoeken van juiste fatbike. Bij vragen waren ze direct bereikbaar. Bestelling is heel vlot verlopen en ik ben goed op de hoogte gehouden. Bij monteren van de fatbike had ik nog een vraag en ook dan reageren ze direct.
Fatbike zelf is van goeie kwaliteit! Natuurliik net pas in huis dus benieuwd hoe hij bevalt!
Echt aanrader om je door dit bedrijf te laten informeren en helpen!

Fijne fiets, snel contact, goede service!

Goede service! In de ‘ondoorzichtige’ wereld van de Fatbike’s zijn we goed geholpen door de Fatbike Amsterdam medewerkers, beloftes hebben ze waargemaakt (en helaas hebben we dat in het verleden elders anders meegemaakt). Toen de fiets geleverd was ook goede hulp bij montage en gebruikervragen.

Nog geen mening aangezien ik nog niks heb ontvangen. Beetje vreemd om dan al een review verzoek te krijgen. Over het product nog niet veel te zeggen dus helaas.
Klantenservice is voor vragen wel goed bereikbaar.

Update: ik ben prima op de hoogte gehouden, heel fijn want ik voelde me wat ongeduldig. Het bezorgbedrijf is ook top, ik was op het moment van levering niet thuis, bezorgservice heeft het bij mijn ouders afgeleverd! De fiets is ook helemaal top, ik vind hem mooier en stoerder dan op de foto's!
