Great experience in FatFace Bromley…
Great experience in FatFace Bromley today. The crew were fantastic and knew just what I needed. Their sizing advice was spot on! I love my new tops especially the turtle vest - it is going to be prefect for my new adventure at the turtle sanctuary. Can't wait to visit you again when I'm back in the country at Christmas. Keep being awesome MJ & Ang. What a great team.

Brilliant customer service
Brilliant customer service today from Lawrence and colleague. Been trying to find a replacement for the perfect navy chinos I've had for 15 years and they helped me get the right ones. Never patronising, always supportive.
The trousers are a great fit and comfy too.

Great stuff & staff!
I find I have more & more of my wardrobe to be FatFace & the brand deserves it as they still make great quality stuff in the world where other traditional & well known brands started cutting costs that compromises the quality. Very happy with my local branch & its staff, always attentive & friendly, always busy tidying up & helping customers - my only wish would be for the shop to be bigger & have a bigger choice of clothes and other products (although they manage to fit in a pretty decent selection already)

I had the pleasure of being served by Sandy today and she provided wonderful customer service. Nothing was too much trouble without being overbearing.. a real delight to help me with my clothes shopping today. Easily my favourite shop
I always enjoy going to FatFace shops, and the mail order service is excellent. I would like to buy more,but with everything going up in price,I cannot afford to buy anything,even the sale price is a stretch.
