Brilliant Fatface experience at Dartmouth
We were served by Julie and she listened to what we required and she went out of her way to give us options. There wasn't the right size in stock so she arranged for us to get a home delivery for a date and time that suited us which was delivered exactly on this date.

Popped into store today
Popped into store today, the store and the shop floor was a mess. The store previously always looked great and had a lovely flow to it. The staff were always friendly and welcoming! What has happen to it!

How shopping should be.
The FatFace team are always so welcoming and honest. If it’s not quite right they’ll be truthful and with a critical eye make suggestions about other stock in the range. Never a feeling of being hurried or pressured to buy. Love the range.

A perfect experience
A perfect experience from first setting foot in the shop where nothing was too much trouble. Helpful and considerate staff to the ordering and delivery of a smaller sized cardigan, everything was brilliant. The outfit is perfect.
