Above and Beyond
This is to thank Debbie at the Dartmouth store who went above and beyond in finding something for me in the stock room , at her suggestion . Trousers I was looking for were no where to be seen , shorts everywhere , but after a quick explanation of what I was after , Debbie said she thought a pair might be in the back store ! 5 mins later out she comes with the exact item in the perfect size fit , amazing !
She could have played dumb and brushed me off , but this is exactly why we need sales girls like Debbie , they make you come back to shop more !! Thaaaankyou Debbie you are an

Noticing some things made in China now though!
Don't really agree with slave labour, would rather pay more for product made in Europe!!

Wow what fantastic service we received here today from a lady called Maria! She was so friendly and really went out of way to make us feel welcome and make sure we had everything we needed! The store was very well presented and we were very pleased with our purchases! Having worked in retail for a while I was blown away by the fantastic service which is very hard to come by these days!

Visited the store today 7th may 2024
Visited the store today 7th may 2024. And will not be returning again. Very disappointed with the service I received this morning. Went in around 10am to pick a dress for my daughter, the size I needed was not on the rack so I went to ask the lady who was working at the time for assistance, the lady was on her phone, I asked politely for assistance and she completely ignored me. I visit this store regularly and I have never received this type of service before. Staff are normally happy and eager to assist. I’m sure she may be new, but I do not think customer service is her strong point.

Friendly staff
I shop here regularly and the staff are always so lovely and helpful, always a good selection of clothes. One of my favourite shops in Dartmouth.

Very quick and efficient service
Very quick and efficient service, I used click and collect service. Also had to send one item back for exchange as too big, this was easy and the shop assistants were helpful and I would order online from fat face again.

Friendly, helpful staff
The staff are always friendly and cheerful without being pushy. Debs was particularly helpful and patient and found me a pair of black jeans that fitted me, thank you Debs 🙂
