Very big hoodies

Excellent customer service.
Had to do a couple of transactions in fat face, in their store in Edinburgh George St. The way that the Young store assistant handled our transaction was exemplary. I cannot praise her highly enough and it would encourage me to use fatface a lot more. She was pleasant, charming and the transaction was a slightly difficult one she went above and beyond to complete it.

The postcard print dress was lovely-…
The postcard print dress was lovely- ordered Size 10 petite. I have kept it despite being a little tight in the waist area. For an hourglass figure I think!! A little wider in the waist and a little tighter in the chest would have been perfect. The staff in the Edinburgh branch are so helpful and deserve a mention.

I’m not keen to buy clothes online
I’m not keen to buy clothes online, but Fat Face make it easy.
Liked a casual shirt for holidays, ordered online and picked up a few days later in-store. The fitting guide was good, so great fit - I tried it on for size before taking it home. Great service from start to buying.

Loved the style and quality and that I could order a Tall size.
I ordered the wrong size but was able to return via a shop readily and arranged a replacement in the right size on line.
Deliveries all happened quickly.

Nice collection of Bags and Footwear
i bought a bag and couple of footwear for summer. The quality of bag is very good and I am looking forward to wearing my footwear in summer and my upcoming holiday.
