Great personal service from staff
Staff were really patient with my decision. Slippers are very fluffy ( gorgeous) but I felt came up on the small side. I ordered my normal size in case they fitted better than the next size up to check. The larger size suited my needs in the end. Thank you

Return no problem, wrong size, my fault, I lost weight 👍. Changed for different shirt in the right size. All good. Staff always helpful.

Great staff and a lovely atmosphere

I’m a Fat Face Faithful
Lovely to have a local store. Staff are friendly and helpful. Easy to collect items ordered online as well as buy from the store and very convenient to return items too. I found some great sale bargains recently! Always good quality, stylish and very wearable.

I returned a jacket
I returned a jacket, bought last year but one which had strange patches on it when I washed in a cool wash. The staff were very helpful and offered a credit note.

I love shopping in Godalming fatface…
I love shopping in Godalming fatface store. The shop is cool and airy with lovely staff. Theres lots of room in the changing rooms and good lighting.
Theres always a great range of clothes and the quality is super.
