Good Internet Purchase …
This item (a pullover) was selected from shop stock (so we knew what it felt and looked like) and then ordered via the Internet as there were none of the correct size in the local Fatface store.
Very satisfied with the garment when it arrived (via click and collect) from the local store.

My local branch did not have what I wanted in my size so the Manager (?) checked availability online. I ordered and all went smoothly. I collected the item from my local store, Godalming.

Good quality clothes for a reasonable price
My experience at this Fat Face is always positive. Friendly, helpful staff. Good range of clothing at reasonable prices. Store is always neat and organized. Frequent sales.

Love FatFace cloths and very happy with the online services as I don't always get a chance to get to our local store- but the staff are always friendly when I do. Love the new trouser ranges - and would love to see more cropped trousers for summer like there were a few years back !
