I did an online order to pick up instore. Got my confirmation email straight away, and my instore notification a few days later. When I went to pick my delivery up from the store the lady who was serving was very helpful and happy, she was also very personable as I find all the staff in Fat Face.

Didn’t know FatFace did kitchen goods! But bought a lovely biscuit barrel in purple colour with little bees decorated in it! Look lovely and had really good seal!

Such friendly helpful staff in the Holt store that I felt like I had to leave a review. I bought 2 lovely jumpers in the sale & the staff helped with getting extra sizes & made my shopping experience an absolute pleasure. I walked out of the shop feeling very happy-thank you.

I ordered some slippers and there was a fault. Took them back to store where it was sorted out. The assistant was helpful and dealt with the issue professionally.

I returned a pair of ‘Girfriend’ jeans to my Holt store, having bought them online. The jeans looked great but were very big round the waist. I hadn’t realised that, as long as I had paid for the jeans with a credit card and not Paypal, I could return them to a store instead of by post. I was served in the Holt store by two very helpful and friendly young women who refunded the money from the jeans quickly and efficiently. It has encouraged me to risk buying more Fatface clothes online. Prior to this I had not ordered much online because I couldn’t be bothered to return stuff by post. Well done, Holt girls!

I knew the items I wished to buy were not avaiable in our local store. So I tried to purchase them online. My order was really complicated and I had huge problems trying to do this transaction. In the end not successfully! So I returned to the store and explained the situation. The assistant had never come across the problem, either. So between us, about 30 mins. later, we managed to have it all sorted and everything was ordered. She was absolutely brilliant and went out of her way to help me. The staff in our shop are always friendly and really helpful. I love the ethos of Fatface and long may it remain in our town. Thank you.
