Lovely clothes. Great customer service.
bought 4 items on line. had to return 2 items as they didn't suit me. Took them back to store where the staff were amazing [Ilkley] My account was refunded. the items I retained are really nice.

Lovely service with a smile
When I went collect my click and collect order I was greeted politely and received my parcel promptly with thanks and a smile.
The online experience had been straightforward and the email to tell me the order was ready to collect came through very quickly.

My husband loves his new waterproof jacket and an excellent price in the sale. He’d searched elsewhere and couldn’t find what he wanted so I looked online at FatFace. Collected it in store.
