Another successful trip
The staff are always friendly and helpful. Stock is always presented nicely. New lines in regularly. Some good deals in the sale.

Love Ilkley Fat Face
The sun is shining so I thought I’d treat myself to some new clothes. Fat Face is the place to go in Ilkley, great choice and staff so welcoming and friendly especially Emma and Beth.
Came away with a bag of goodies which I can’t wait to wear. 😃😎

Fantastic experience in Ilkley
Emma, Beth and the team are always incredible whenever I visit. Very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Ilkley is my new local store after the sad closure of the Leeds store. Will be back again soon.

Good service all round from FatFace
Ordered a dress online having seen it in store so I knew I liked the style & fabric.
I collected it from the store closest to my home. The whole process was easy & straight forward . I was informed of the progress of my purchase regularly.

Excellent website, easy to use. Good communication on completion of order and when order ready to collect in shop I chose to collect from. Staff lovely in store.
