Lovely efficient staff . So helpful .

Just been in to do an exchange in the FatFace store in Keswick Cumbria and I have to say that the two people that served us today (Joe and Becky) were absolutely fantastic, they are a credit to the company. Nothing was too much trouble for them and they were very polite and friendly. They get 10/10

Always shop at the Keswick store as the staff are fantastic. A big shout out to Sharon and Joe who are extremely helpful and friendly. They know the ranges and products in store and help you co ordinate outfits. Great clothes, totally custom focused 👍

Helpful staff friendly atmosphere and great clothes

Visited Fatface Keswick, Cumbria this afternoon. What a lovely friendly experience. The staff, especially Sharron, were very helpful. I love my purchases, made even better by being reminded to use my ‘BlueLightCard’. A lovely clean , friendly, well laid out store. In all a great experience and delighted with my purchases.

As a short, round lass, well fitting jeans are incredibly hard for me to find. NEXT has proven to have poorly sized items, and M&S have failed to produce anything flattering this year, but the Keswick Team were determined to rise to the challenge. Sharon and Kat were determined to help me find a pair that not only fit, but looked good on me - and they succeeded. I will absolutely be returning for a second pair. Kat even managed to help me find the perfect cardigan to match my going out dress for chilly evenings, which was wonderful. 12/10 would do again.

Joe at the Keswick branch was exceptional when we visited the store yesterday. He was super helpful and friendly. At checkout he asked if we were blue light card holders which we were. He explained that it was bonus day for blue light so we received a great discount.

Today I saw Jo, Sharon and Mya in my local Keswick store who are all really friendly, professional and helpful. They always make me feel welcome- leave me to browse and try on clothes without any hassle. I look forward to returning for more lovely purchases.

Fatface Keswick is the best branch in the country. Mya and Joe ( hopefully spelt your names correctly!) helped me find what I was looking for, helped me with my Blue light card when struggling for internet and the helpfully found me some plastic wrapping to kee my purchases dry. What brilliant brand ambassadors and lovely kids. Well done!

I ordered a jumper in the Keswick store on Tuesday lunchtime and was advised that it MAY be there the next day. It was!!! The lady that did the ordering and was there when I collected it was a lovely lady named Caroline. What a pleasure to shop there.

Caroline was very welcoming and helpful. My size wasn't in stock, so she ordered one to be delivered to a pick up point near to where I live.
As a new assistant she did well.
The shop is nicely laid out making it easy to browse the items.

Kept informed and reminded that item ready to collect

The products I get are always very very good. However, we always seem to get a problem when it comes to picking out parcels up from your Keswick branch. It’s either they can’t spell our names (even though we’ve spelt it out to them) or they can’t find the order or there’s something wrong with the order number. It’s takes forever to actually get the parcel from them. It’s just not good enough and it’s very embarrassing. I think the staff need retrained or a better system for them needs to be put into place.

Sharon and Mora were super helpful finding me bed socks and regular socks for someone who is ultra sensitive.
