What a lovely experience I had on my visit to the Lytham shop. The staff member was so lovely, after a phone call she put a pair of sandals away for me and had them there for me without any fuss. I ended up buy two pair and with a discount too. Very happy. Thank you.

Welcoming and friendly
Welcoming and friendly. Great shop to visit in Lytham which is also dog friendly. This makes a huge difference, allowing the family to shop together. Great selection at value for money prices.

Really happy with my jumper
Happy with the colour, quality and sizing of my jumper. Staff went out of their way at Lytham to source a limited stock item for me.

Great service
The order arrived quickly to store and I was very happy with the dress. Returning an unwanted item was easy with the refund processed the same day.
The staff in the shop were friendly and helpful too.

Great design and price!
Ordering online and picking up in-store was an easy process. Super friendly staff in-store. Had been looking for swimwear for my daughter for a long time, she is very happy with the fit and style of fatface design.
