Quality and good service
Very good service easy ordering and quick delivery. I kept two items but returned the 3rd which was unsuitable. I like the style of clothes and the quality is of a very good standard. Sales are great too 😊

Easy to use site and order
Easy to use site and order. Quality packing and delivery and return policy as I had to exchange sizes so ordered the new ones on a store and returned there. As always though sizes run a bit larger than usual

I have always found Fatface to be reliable when I am ordering online, efficient and quick delivery. Also the store staff at Elliots field Rugby are so friendly and make you feel welcome. Cannot praise Dan and his team enough

Great products at a great price
Great products at a great price! The sizing is always spot on, we have never sent an item back. The delivery could be more precise time-wise as it can be just before the arrival.
Finally the originality of designs made anyone stand out in the crowd.

Great service
Quick delivery from the Website. The boots I ordered were too small so I returned them to the Rugby store. I couldn’t see any on the shelf but the staff member checked for me anyway and found me a pair in the size I needed. She was helpful and friendly.
